Outward, Valkyria 4 and Valfaris all on my wishlist.

Trine 4 and Endless Space 2 look good too. I didn't even know Trine 4 was a thing wtf. I thought 3 was the last one.

The only game I'm super interesed in is that Werewolf: The Apocalypse one. But that is definitely not reason enough for me to subscribe to Humble Monthly.

Hmm. Just want endless space 2, already have valkyria 4. Not sure I need the rest very much...

Oh speaking of endless space 2, how is stellaris nowadays? I bought it when it released, had some fun but it was buggy at first where nothing would happen all game long. That apparently got fixed, but I found the game hard to keep track of mentally. Tried some DLCs, found it even more confusing.

So they announced yet another DLC, and I'm a few updates behind at this point, but is this game worth the time investment now? I want to like it, but I feel like it might be incredibly busy and confusing at this point.

Reason: the other endless space...

A bundle with sequels to games Ive bought but not yet played (much of). Tempting but I probably shouldn’t.

A few articles popped up about Steam China

PC Gamer obtained articles which might infer that Steam China and Steam International will run concurrently for the time being, but the general consensus is Steam International will be blocked at some point in the future. There seems to be some confusion as to why Steam (and EGS and GOG) hasn't been blocked after so long any way.

In the character creator for Nioh 2, when I highlight preset hair style 3 it loses 30 frames. That's crazy. Hopefully the game runs fine (if I ever get out of this character creator).

Someone made a patched .exe for SkyDrift that lets the game run at proper 60 FPS. Even though steam shows 60 FPS, I'd heard for years that the game is 30 FPS locked or such.

Well the patch is making animations be better at least when I move about. This is a pretty solid racing game, but if you susceptible to dizzyness and feeling nauseated then you should avoid it.
Visuals are nice but the game has a limited number of tracks (with mirrored versions), which is understandable for being a small indie game. All in all I am quite enjoying it and its campaign mode isn't very long. I will need to hunt down a 100% save file of sorts to unlock the last vehicle though since unlocking it is tied to playing races online =_=

Anyone know a good alternative for "The great Suspender"? It was sold previously to an unknown entity and then delisted by google because of malware.

I checked great discarder and Auto tab discard, but both have one big issue: The tab doesn't stay unloaded when you go into the tab or just look at the zab description, they even load the tab when the mouse just hovers over the tab.

Yeaah...

I use Auto Tab Discard because it was the closest thing I could find to the great suspender for firefox when I first found it on Chrome forever ago, I haven't found anything close to it yet but I'll give a shout out if I find anything

Good bundle, but I have no wish to play Valkyria Chronicles 4 now (talk about another series that makes Ubisoft games look innovative) and I already completed Outward (highly recommended if you like Gothic-likes, more than rough around the edges, but one of the best RPGs with actual exploration and rewarding dungeons)...

I've just beat Spyro 2 from the Reignited Trilogy. I feel like the game starts on an amazing pace, but after some time it slowly gets worse. And the last world was actually pretty mediocre. The first world is a 10/10, second maybe 9/10 but the third is a 6/10 at max. I'll give it a solid 8/10 overall.

After playing the first world, I was starting to feel that maybe Spyro 2 would be better than the first, but in the end, Spyro 1 is the better game for me. A simpler, more straightforward experience, but excellent from start to finish.

I need a new controller, the left stick of my Xbox controller is drifting. My wife also complained about the noise of the buttons when playing action games. Does anyone have a suggestion for a better and more silent controller with Xbox layout?

The remake of Spyro 1 really made me appreciate it a lot. I like Spyro 2 still but I'd say...they're a tie for me.

It is indeed relatively quiet. But it has no analog triggers! Gyro can be nice though.

For PC only use I would almost suggest opening up the controller and swapping the face buttons to match XB layout. The mismatch can be a problem, in my experience. But perhaps it’s just me.

The Xbox controller is the best I've ever tried by some distance. I have the Elite V2 and it's amazing.

EA Play / Steam exploit that allows permanent access to some EA games for the price of a one month subscription to EA Play:

TLDW: Older EA games in the EA Play subscription on Steam come with cd keys (e.g. for multiplayer). These keys can be redeemed on Origin.

Are the buttons less noisy than the "normal" Xbox One controller? And does it work with the Windows 10 wireless adapter?

Edit: local web stores are full of negative user reviews for this controller because of frequent production errors: abxy buttons don't work well, analog stick drifting, trigger malfunctions etc. And that for a controller with a €180 price tag! Any other options?

Less noisy and also they are more stable. No issues on mine after over a year of intensive use.
Of course take a warranty with products like this. Mine is 3 years.

I'm sorry, I just use session manager when I absolutely have to use chrome. Stuff like this is why I stick to firefox-y browsers.

I'm looking forward to the hardware survey results once this debuts.

I really only want VC4 and Trine 4. And in both cases I have yet to play the previous games, so... Pause.

how good is the Control DLC? Debating whether or not to bother playing the vanilla game on Game Pass PC
Taken together, they feel like a really nice expansion on the main story, in different directions, with the final one serving as a sort of prologue to the likely Alan Wake sequel.

So pretty damn good.

EDIT: That's two middle fingers this week, Judgment Stadia moneyhat (no Steam until months in the future) and now Idolmaster region locked, seriously, what the hell I have done to Japan to deserve such punishments :crying-face:

Finally have my pc up and running again. What a fucking relief. Nothing could fix the black screen though, not even a system restore. Fortunately giving administrator privileges to my second account allowed me to retrieve all the files from the main account.
It's amazing how much went wrong before I was able to resume playing the games I was playing before my gpu died. From having to fix installations to random crashes (caused by GeForce experience of all things), the amount of hours spent searching the net for obscure fixes were endless.
The Surge 2 made me think that my "new" gpu was dying, turns out the game is just a fucking mess. Jesus Christ.

But the black screen is something else, I tried dozens of fixes. What a fucking nightmare. This week felt like a crash course in IT.
And because I had to spend money on a gpu, I can forget getting the Yakuza bundle anytime soon and I was really looking forward to it. Let alone P5S which is a full price release.
