You mean turning off rebar?
Seems like even after turning on rebar in the bios, it remain off by default for many games unless they have an nvidia profile with rebar enabled.
I guess nvidia did it this way to avoid potential issues with games that haven't been tested, but it shouldn't need a 3rd party tool (inspector) to be able to enable it for other games... :/

It

Tried the demo and it wasn't that interesting IMO. But seeing this review, looks like it has some pretty cool mechanics. Adding it back to the wishlist.
It's on gamepass as well. Thank you near infinite microsoft points.

Already outsold Alan Wake 2 lol

WWE 2K25 taken off wishlist. It'll be the first year I skip.

Island mode (their only new feature) is exclusive to PS5 and Xbox only. Charging the same price on PC though.

Get fucked 2K, worst publisher in games.
One day PC won't get gimped sports games. And maybe one day PC will get all the sports games as Sony still refuses to release MLB The Show it even with them considering it one of their GAAS tentpoles.

Oh I thought NBA moving to parity meant WWE would as well. Weird. Did they put this up on FAQ?

Starting with tomorrow’s release of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 for PC, we’re working to add more benefits to playing with an account for PlayStation Network. The Last of Us Part II Remastered (coming April 3, 2025), in addition to God of War Ragnarök and Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered, will all soon be adding in-game content unlocks for PlayStation Network account users.

An account for PlayStation Network will become optional for these titles on PC. Players who still opt to sign into a PlayStation Network account will also enjoy added benefits like trophies and friend management.
That's what they should have done from the outset.

Yeah, it's weird that Nvidia isn't enabling by default for modern games. Though I do understand not force activating it on older titles, since it it could mess with what the driver level optimisation is doing there.

Good. Keep the PSN sign-in but make it optional and give bonuses that those that opt-in. Should've been this way from the start, really.

I'm personally happy I get some use out of my old PSN account and can earn trophies again but it was fucking ridiculous to block people from buying the games altogether over this shit. Hopefully this isn't just going to apply going forward and they'll go back to fix their already released games.

Hopefully they’ll start selling the games again to people in countries that PSN doesn’t support.

Wow, Sony actually learned.

Certainly puts stop to the dreams of them abandoning the PC initiative and going back to consoles.
I've posted this before, but complaining works.

That's because we live in the worst timeline, when superior games sell bad.
If only the business geniuses didn't skip the biggest games store and release physical versions a year after launch.

Somewhat dissapointedwith the performance gain from the 4080 to 5080, but since Im coming from a GTX 1080, the upgrade will be fucking massive for me, there's literally more and more games coming out that I can't play due to the ray tracing requirement.

This is indeed a good solution. It's optional but gives you an incentive for using a PSN account by rewarding you.

Well, it has been a while since the comic was updated.
Though in this case, I don't think you could blame it entirely on EA.
Yeah, Bioware has been striking out for a while now. If EA wants to make a good RPG they should call Swen Vincke and give him the keys to Ultima.

That's a great solution, well done Sony!
Didn't expect this. Sales and pre-orders for Sony's games must have been in decline since the mandatory PSN login.

Anyway, I'm happy with this. I removed these games from my ignore list.

Oh and a huge finger towards the corporate bootlickers who told us that complaining about this wouldn't change anything.
There might be a leak for the upcoming Humble Choice bundle:

Immortals of Aveum
Trepang2
Total War: PHARAOH
This would be incredible for me. Hope it's true!

Yeah they are not taking it well.

Lmao. Yeah, because if there's one thing PC users are famously known to love it's superfluous launchers and accounts. They're only complaining because it's Sony. That's the only possible reason. There's never been any complaints about anything like this before Sony started doing it.

I mean, goddamn, how disconnected from reality do you have to be?

Immortals of Aveum right now is 85% off on steam, so it makes me think it's true.
