Anime Souls: Scholar of the Furtive UpskirtAnime strikes again.
99% positive ratingAnime strikes again.
and it even peaks the deckbuilding genre with porny deckbuilder that released from early access recentlyAnime strikes again.
In short it's Dark Souls but in order to attack you need mana which can pretty much only be recovered with tight dodging or hitting enemies with a weak melee attack. It leads to a pretty great ebb and flow in combat and provides a great sense of risk vs. reward. There's more techniques you obtain along the way (which weren't in the demo) that give you further options. The most notable of which that I've found thus far is an option you have to counter enemy attacks by timing one of your normally weak melee attacks right as their attack lands to parry it. As your mobility increases the bosses are given mechanics which make use of them to an extent, and various little puzzles/hidden areas require mastery of the game's movement techniques.
Little Witch Nobeta is a """souls-like""" with an emphasis on magic based combat and while you might not be sold on the whole "cute anime girl goes dungeon diving" thing you should 100% check it out because what's here already is rock solid.
The controls are responsive and tight, the character models are well done and in general the game has a cohesive and charming visual style going for it. The difficulty curve is just right, it's made pretty clear to you from the first boss on that you're gonna fall on your a lot, and it will almost always be your fault. As of writing this I've not yet faced a challenge that felt unfair or underhanded.

Yeah me too. Especially the big budget games that appear on all the consoles. It really annoys me when i cant get DS4 button prompts when using a DS4. Seems like such an quick thing to implement.I wish more games gave you the choice. It's nice.

6am, watching windows update on the 4 k set. This is living.
And about windows being windows, we were at 60% but went suddenly back to 57%
Insert meme about installation bars.
Reminds me of when playing Mercenaries 2 on PC, where all button prompts are weird indecipherable icons for "melée"/"hijack" etc. Makes all the quick-time events really hard to beat.Yeah me too. yesQuestion, if someone has refunded a game, can they then later purchase that game?
Yes. Ive done this multiple times.[UWSL]Question, if someone has refunded a game, can they then later purchase that game?[/UWSL]
Thought so. Now club me with that SEAL for Deep Rock Galactic.
NoI have $25 ready for the seals but I feel like it won't be enough this time.
I'll have to see the my whistlist tomorrow first though before topping up another Steam money gift card.
That site is not for me. Most of the time, Steam prices are still much better even at lower % compared to other sites that use US$.No
Use gg.deals instead
It may take time to update
But i use it to get the games i want and it has helped me in budgeting my purchases.
I'm up in some 60+ hours on Yakuza 0. And I am curious on the continuation of the story. Although I plan to unlock more achievements before that. That reminds me I still have a Yakuza Kiwami key. Anyone that (ideally) already has played 0 and was planning to get Kiwami in the seal?
Might as well grab the key and get something else instead
PM sent. Kiwami is not as good as 0 (understandably), but it's still a good time.I'm up in some 60+ hours on Yakuza 0. And I am curious on the continuation of the story. Although I plan to unlock more achievements before that.
Finished with the main story, but need to grind more to become true Yakuza heheh
Read in some steam review it was something like that. wishful thought it is just about the gameplay, but the story is still solid tightPM sent. Kiwami is not as good as 0 (understandably), but it's still a good time.
Yep, I'd re-buy that.I liked Ar No Surge. Wouldn't mind owning it on steam.
It's the kind of game that normally would be too anime for me but it has a special charm and the battle system is interesting.
Fair enough mateThat site is not for me. Most of the time, Steam prices are still much better even at lower % compared to other sites that use US$.
So

And join me in the addiction?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!
Fair enough mate

Finished Life is Strange 2
Sad story
I got the ending where both Sean and Daniel got over to Mexico and live a quite happy life. I guess it's the good ending?
Huh this came from nowhere. Any rumour that Gust's game will come to PC?I liked Ar No Surge. Wouldn't mind owning it on steam.

I know the sale is in less than 3 hours but, my curiosity does not know the word patience. We expect various new features to be included in this sale: rewarding reviews and community content, animated avatars, avatar frames, and new profile themes.

Holy shit. Hopefully they come to PC too!
No dates or platforms announced yet, but, with how many of Gust's games come to PC nowadays, it's very likely that these 2 will come.
You can choose your region, although the choice is limited. That site is not for me. Most of the time, Steam prices are still much better even at lower % compared to other sites that use US$.
Considering Koei said PC is the most popular platform for Atelier games in Asia I wouldn't be surprised if they did a day 1 pc release outside of Japan.
