So Sony are hoping/planning to hit $300 million revenue on PC (funnily enough more than Epic brought in on third party sales last year). I am guessing that the purchase of Bungie is doing a lot of the heavy lifting here. Turns out I am wrong on that one.

However here is my totally (not) professional advice.

Fix your pricing. Your regional pricing is an abomination. Even outside of that £40 is, for me at least, to high a price for ports that are a couple of years to late to the party. Especially as many of these games will be on your new PS+ service which is also on PC (streaming, I know).

Release them sooner. Release them day and date would be even better. If you want to charge what you are currently charging then they can’t be 2 or 3 year old ports.

Make your releases make sense. Uncharted 4 before 1 to 3 on PC? I mean sure you can enjoy them, but it’s like jumping in to the last series of Luther without seeing the previous series. You get all the great acting and storyline but it is missing the nuance of character development and the interactions. It hinders that enjoyment.

Give us more of a heads up of what you are releasing. Let us know what the next few releases will be. When release a remaster around the same time as a PS5 version, then let us know how long we are going to wait. Still can’t believe we don’t know when uncharted 4 remaster is releasing.

Ps obligatory GIVE ME GRAVITY RUSH 1 & 2 YOU COWARDS.

from same article
Jim Ryan's also confirmed that the projected growth isn't from the Bungie/Destiny 2 purchase, but does include two 'unannounced' games. Whether those are all new, ports of existing games or something else remains to be seen.

Returnal's gameplay is extremely good, but I wish it had more content. A sequel would be greatly appreciated with a day one release on PC.

Finally tried Neon Abyss since I got it from that recent bundle and this game is awesome. It runs really well so far on the Deck. It's basically like a side-scrolling Binding of Isaac with a neon (hehe) aesthetic. The controls take a little bit of getting used to, since it essentially plays like a twin stick shooter. The egg/pet hatching system is really interesting, it's like the buddies you get in BoI but I feel like you get them more often. I also like the boss designs, less disgusting than BoI and a bit more goofy. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a new roguelike or just wanting a new game for their Steam Deck.

The gaming landscape on all platforms is pretty empty these days of aaa games, Sony could have dropped a new release on Steam this week and made a lot of money.
yep
I know many will disagree but for me this year has been sooooo quiet. The only 2022 games I've played have been rereleases (Stanley Parable UD, HotD Remake). It's been great for cutting down my backlog though. I'm sure my top 10 for the year will look very interesting :coffee-blob:

It's a pretty good game, but it is much, much easier than other rogue lites of its kind.
Which is not necessarily a bad thing depending on what people are looking for.
I also think it nails the permanent progression as well as can be for a game of the type, where the upgrades make your runs easier... but by giving you more options, choices, bonus rooms and a free copy of new items... for only one run, before adding them to the pool with the rest.
Unlocks add more and more to your runs so you get more items and more consumables on average without just giving you more stats every 10 seconds and expecting you to grind for them, like a certain rogue lite released recently...

My only gripe with the game is the level design, the rooms aren't bad at all (and the levels themselves are a good length - not too long like Enter the Gungeon can be), but there's a very limited amount of them, same for ennemies.
Tends a bit on the more repetitive side.
On the other hand, each character is really, really different, and that's a big plus, unlike Isaac.

Looks like the DLC info updated for the VIP edition of Project Diva. It adds 72 songs from Future Tone, and the other DLC is the thing that unlocks all the items for you.

IT HAPPENED!!!!!
I'm surprised that the edition with every song isn't alot more expensive than the base edition (at least for the Euro prices).

Fanatical already has a listing for the base edition with 20% discount, but it's out of stock at the moment, I guess I'll wait until I'm done with work for today before I buy it, to see if fanatical or another store has a discounted full version in stock later today.

Just saw the trailers for the Miku game, despite the MegaMix name, the base version seems to come with all? songs from the switch version (including the DLC), and the PC DLC adds more songs (72 of them) from Future Tone.
Plus it has a graphics option for Future Tone visuals mode. 👀

Can someone confirm if 'Kagamine Hachi Hachi Flower Fight' is included in this Project Diva? It's one of my favorite songs but IIRC it only appeared on the first PS3 game.

I should not use that word, I apologize in advance but Atlus are absolutely retarded for neglecting the PC market.
the only time i used that word was to describe two people:
- my math teacher previous semester who'm gave me a D, which wouldn't really be that big of an issue if only I got a D, but D was the average grade, 30% of the students got F at the exam, 80% of students got a grade lower (and including) a D, and the math wasn't even that fucking hard

- pricks who try to replicate my study magic (get decent grades despite not giving any effort, not meeting up unless mandatory and all of that), but fail miserably in getting good grades, so they have to ask other people for answers, even going so far as to offer money for blatant cheating
