If anyone else missed it they only bought the Dune's storyboard from the cancelled Jodorowsky movie and thought they have the rights to produce an animated series.

I did find this article about the whole story from December “Like A Jailbreak”: The $3 Million Crypto Plot To Free Jodorowsky’s “Dune”
Its written completely uncritical but it sheds some light into the bizarre world these people live in. Completely and utterly removed from reality.
