Kronii's karaoke was very fun, as expected. Some hiccups and definitely some clippable moments. Chat went nuts when she did Santa Baby and she did great even through her nerves. 👏

And now: Fireside chats with Rosemi or Millie... or Selen APEX grinding who to pick? They're all streaming at the same time. :dizzy-face:
 
Mutant Strawberry Yup, i was watching bits and pieces of that on another tab the other day. There's a google doc in the description with all the details of who was involved. It was a fun show. I have to say PAM doesn't come across as a particularly corporate VTuber or her assistant Aka Mana tbh. They are both total anime/manga/VN nerds tho for sure and Obake PAM can shitpost with the best of them.

Right, it's 6am, i'm going to miss most of the HoloChristmas Relay and the Niji streams but i'm shattered and need a couple of hours sleep at least. lol. I've been up for ... no idea but too long.
 
i'm 37 minutes into Selen's Dead Space 1 playthrough and I am wheezing. Like actually wheezing from laughter. There's a body doing Beyblade phyiscs all over the place and she is stuck at a door glitch and it is just the funniest shit. :ROFLMAO: This will be her third time restarting the game due to bugs/glitches.

Oh, good catch! I like Ponpoko and peanuts and i've heard of many of the others. This group of VTubers meet up quite regularly don't they? At least i know certain groups of this lot collab quite often i'm sure.

I'll watch this in a while when my food is ready.

KSON got chibi model with a ton of options and a tongue piercing? Very brave.

Selen's Dead Space playthrough is cursed in all the best ways and she's been a spectacular entertainer throughout despite it. It is quite possibly the most fun I've had beginning to end with a Streamer. My god. Just non-stop constant laughing.

There was a Marine, Calli, Bae, Reine collab last night as practise for the MKDX Tournament and they were howling with laughter for most of the times i was watching. I'm sure Marine wiped the floor with them though so i suspect that most of EN & ID are going to get ROFLStomped by JP unfortunately.

Non from PRISM is having a 24 hour stream and although it's archived some sections are distinctly "YAB". The pinned video is quite a thing and she's had chat from around the world teaching her swear words so she can bully Rion later on. Unfiltered Non is always a wild ride but she definitely knows how to work a crowd. Well, i say "crowd" there's 50 of us, lol.
edit: Chat started posting cursed numbers for Non and oh god. She's reading nontai... with sound effects... and word substitution... and it's THAT one... Metam. I don't know how much she'll read as it's over 200 pages apparently but my god this Rabbit girl is fearless.
edit: Holy shit, this is a christmas stream that i will never forget. She's managed to get a bunch of VTubers from CyberLive to help out and read parts with her while Non makes sound effects. Now we're back to learning foreign language swearing so she can bully Virion later.

Kiara's Unarchived VR Chat Karaoke has a ton of scuff but damn it's fun and it looks and sounds like she's loving it which is always good.
Part 2 - The Archived show will be starting around 4:15 GMT. The last unarchived karaoke she did ran over by 10-15 minutes because she was having so much fun but she's got her eye on the time today.

Reminded by Moona's shocking stream i remembered this from Christmas Eve/Day from Pina of PRISM Project
Pina's Christmas Countdown Knitsudan stream with live hand cam was amazing and chill, had me laughing and smiling and was a great way to bring in Christmas until this happened...

And the tournament has some pretty unique rules too, it's a metronome only tournament (for those that don't know, metronome is a move that makes the pokemon use any move at random).

I'm sick (no, not COVID :P) so I spent today mostly in bed. In the morning I clicked on a Mika Stream for the first time ever, and I really didn't expect to be watching her play Jump King for ~14 hours straight (mostly in the background).

Jump King does seem to hit some people like that. Calli and a couple of others i would never have expected to get hooked on it have had really long streams playing it. Not to forget the legendary Kanata "De De Den" marathon stream earlier in the year.

「Echo」 That's good to see. We'll find out how good Gura feels later tonight as she has an unarchived Ukelele and singing stream later on. 1AM GMT.

Kiara is running a relay rather than a big group collab as some people already have plans and streams so a relay is the easiest to fit in with schedules and timezones. Apparently each relay is 45 minutes apart from Ame's and it is up to the holomem if it's archived or not. Someone said that Kiara's will be archived. I might use a bunch of ytarchive instances to grab the unarchived streams automatically.

Ahhh, reddit says it's the same system JP started using since 5th gen. I assume it makes it easier to hold auditions as the talents can apply when it's convenient and the staff will have applications spread through the year making it easier to manage. I assume there's still a schedule for new releases as the avatars etc have to be designed, approved, produced and management arranged.

I wonder if something is on the cards as OmegaAlpha tweeted that they are back from dealing with matters that we may find out about soon. It could be a new project or a new gen. February would be 6 months since council debut which is about the minimum time i'd consider before announcing new themes any sooner than that and i feel it would overshadow the latest team trying to get a solid foothold and settle into things.

There's also a Gen 6 costume reveal ( and Nene? ) possibly coming this weekend?

Watame's 2nd Anniversary is fun. She's having a great time with Botan and they've just announced and are performing their first OG Collab song "ShishiWata cooking" with IOSys and RedAlice.
Anniversary goods are coming out together with a new album "Watame no Uta vol 2".

Petra and Mysta from NijiEN are having a good collab too. They're playing Operation Tango together and have a good vibe going on. It's good to hear and actual British and not Bri'ish accent too.

Nia from PRISM is going to be making PRISM gen 1 in VRoid Studio later tonight, midnight GMT, so that should be worth watching as i've been interested in messing about with it for a while but haven't got around to it.

INNK Music will be wound up in April and like Suisei before, AZKi will become officially become a member of Hololive.
I'm sad it happened but AZKi said the plan was always that Project AZKi Route Alpha would have a limited lifespan but it was successful, the team were enjoying it and the fans were passionate so it was decided to go down Route Beta and continue onwards. The other route would mean INNK disbanded and AZKi graduated and nobody wanted that.



For as long as we're all having fun let's walk Route B together, wherever it leads.

I watch a lot of Pina's streams, she's so wholesome and fun that she always makes me smile and the Penpals ( chat ) are a great bunch too. She's so comfy to watch. Seeing her tackle horror games and get more confident with them was awesome, her zatsudan are great and she's almost as bad as Kiara for tangents, lol. There's a reason her SuperChat thank yous and post stream zatsudan are offcially labelled "Tangent Zatsudan" lol

God she's just spent the last 10 minutes trying to roll her r's and growl because she can't... now it's 20 minutes ha. Now back to reading SCs.

She has a 2021 review and future plans stream that i missed last night. That I will try and watch the VoD after Karaoke I reckon. Or maybe before. Atm, I'm too busy laughing my ass off at Selen's Dead Space playthrough (pt.3) eating lunch and getting myself sorted for the day.

I'm glad they're announcing which are unarchived so i can get YTArchive running for them. heh. Then if i fall asleep at least i'll have my capture to watch when i wake up.
I've been watching some of the Luxiem collabs and it's great to hear some actual British accents and i like their interactions with the NijiEN girls.


Ended up watching/listening to Amiya from Tsunderia yesterday and her acoustic karaoke is great.



There's links to the songs in the comments to skip the chatting. I might end up watching more of her. I know Tsunderia via Meru and the Tsunderia collabs with PRISM, Phase Connect and other indies. Because i NEED more VTuber content to watch, dammit.

( I now have 8 ytarchive windows open waiting for the unarchived HoloEN karaoke sessions and part 2 of Moona Utau later on )
