Hasn't it's biggest point of reference been the first Homefront? At least people have been bringing that upwell, a bit earlier than that, i guess ... more like PS2 ... and even more so - PC stuff from back then
Curious about this as well, especially with the news that the sequel coming to Steam next year. Although at this price even if I don't like it I'm not gonna feel too bad about it, so I'll likely just grab it anyway. What's the consensus on State of Decay? Every same I add it to the cart but inevitably end up removing it. Right now it's pretty cheap on HB but it's not really a question of how expensive it is and more if it's worth the time investment.
On the contrary, the bans overwhelmingly seem to be targeting non-anime games.Gabe took the "ban all anime" meme too seriously.
That's a big purge. The number just keeps going up. 519 apps have been banned as of this moment.

nah, just 4 ... the other 4 things are costume pieces for the character creatorWoah sc6 season 2 has 8 characters
Is the game good? For the life of me I can't remember why I have a copy for State of Decay when I don't really play zombie games. Consequently, I'm giving away the gift copy of the Year-One, so just quote me or whatever and I'll gift it to your Steam account.
Bamco pls....nah, just 4 ... the other 4 things are costume pieces for the character creator
Did I miss this linked above? And puf, just like that Valve removed almost 1000 games. The funny thing is there were some games on that list that i wanted to try.
Any supposed reason behind the bans ? I mean I would still wonder if we were talking about one game, but for several hundreds, there must be an obvious one ?And puf, just like that Valve removed almost 1000 games. The funny thing is there were some games on that list that i wanted to try.
You're not missing much, it's pretty uninspired.Bah, was playing Rage 2 on Xbox One X and the thing crashed. And I read that crashes are pretty much common so I guess I'll call it quits.
To the trash can it goes thenYou're not missing much, it's pretty uninspired.
According to this link, it's now 2903.The number just keeps going up. 519 apps have been banned as of this moment.

That number is all time not just today and includes DLC. It's still about 720 or so.
Oh. Thanks for the info, I thought it was only listing this particular ban wave. That number is all time not just today and includes DLC. It's still about 720 or so.
I think the codec library is included in the vkQuake. I don't have any separate codecs installed on my Windows 10 and it played the music ok. Both on the demo and in-game (tried first level).I am assuming quake 1 relies on having a proper ogg or vorbis codec it can read or interact with in order to properly play the music
While i do have a particular codec pack installed i do not think quake is properly utilizing it so i will need to tinker with my codecs and see if itll recognize the files eventually
I didn't know that. I was one of these peopleIt's "funny" to see that a lot of people don't realize that Ban-waves happen all weeks between Monday and Thursday but usually takes down about 4 devs and 20 games in total, this one is special because it looks like Valve has been doing some research to see if those "devs" were abusing the system ans surprise, they did (even then most of those devs are the same person, so yeah)
anyway, most (if not all) are games that usually get into libraries via bundles, that's their main revenue source.
I had Failed State in wishlist too, and I hesitated a few times to get Aurora RL in the past. If (as seen on PCGamesN) it's about "abusing Steamworks", It could be the whole lot from the same publisher that got banned, no quality distinction. Some of the games were on my wishlist. Failed State, Space Komandirovka, Aurora RL, Detective Noir, ....
Strange....
Don't feel bad.I didn't know that. I was one of these people
Don't feel bad.
Everyday you learn something new, that something is AT LEAST this, more new things will come
Yep, Failed State was that pixel survival horror game.Failed State was that survival horror pixel art game with the girl, wasn’t it?
That actually looked very cool... sorry to see it go. I wonder how they abused Valve system...

How does it work if you purchased one of those games? You lose your money? Do they stay available in your library?
Hmm could you link to the actual trakc that plays in the first level please?I think the codec library is included in the vkQuake. I don't have any separate codecs installed on my Windows 10 and it played the music ok. Both on the demo and in-game (tried first level).
Here is the info Quake Soundtrack - NinWikiHmm could you link to the actual trakc that plays in the first level please?
Also vkquake doesn't seem to run the playdemo demo1.dem for some reason >_>;;;
