Their current high end model (which cost about $600USD) does a lot of cool things but it lacks that. I might still buy that model though. From my understanding that's the same model that they have had since 2017....

EDIT: In other news, I asked Kaz Ayabe about Shin-Chan game coming to the west and if it would be possible to expand it to PC just to reach more customers in general (overseas and west).

I really wanted to like Slain but it felt unfair in a dull way and I like challenging, even unfair games (I'm one of those weirdos who likes IWBTG games). Anyway Valfaris is a big improvement over it and I played it through pretty much in one sitting. Had a blast with it.

Decided to just fire up EGS for once and finish up Tony Hawk and Airborne Kingdom, got review code for them at launch, thought they were gonna release on Steam at the time of release, but since it seems those are the most unlikely (sadly) for a Steam release so I might as well jut as well play through them. Haven't touched EGS for a while, not even for Fortnite which I do find fun to play, I just use the website to claim the free stuff.
dunno about showcasing hard but i believe something is planned for march or they may just wait nearer e3 time either way i imagine a elden ring trailer and other things dropping soon rather than another 6month wait.
By the way, I don't wanna push you on things so only comment if you personally want, are things going okay with Bloodborne? Any new tests happening or are the testing done?
from what i can gather regarding not just bloodborne but the ports in general, after the horizon launch situation ( gurreria wasnt that much a part in the porting process) and it launched fairly bad (buggy etc) that enlisted an entire review of the other projects to see if they are same etc. on top of that covid internally changed so many deadlines shuffled many things etc.
regarding bloodborne its still in testing theres quite alot of issues still around that need ironing out,
i would imagine with god of war ragnanarok and horizon both most likely not meeting this year, if any does itll be god of war, but i imagine we will see some announcements regarding these soon,
I dearly hope they whatever Microsoft do with their acquisition won't stop Sony from porting their games to PC.

i could see that maybe affecting things, i atleast wouldnt be shocked, or sony may just make their own launcher or take deals from epic. kingdom hearts was finished last jan, they refused a epic offer in october last year and were ready to just can and not release it on pc but then epic offered another amount. so yea it kinder shows how things can be and why you might not hear about some things leaked at all.
ive always said some things i say may never ever see the light at end and thats ok.
I'd buy a PC version of God of War anywhere, even on EGS. If that's what it takes.
Thank you for everything anyway. It would be a shame to see Sony backtrack on their PC efforts but there is nothing I can do about it.
There were 2 or 3 passages in Slain I actually had to Cheat Engine my wy through, because of how frustrating they were. Having long and hard sections while being stingy with checkpoints is just not fun.
A shame because the atmosphere was great and the bosses were enjoyable as well. Just some of the regular sections were of the "wft were they thinking" kind.
I think I know what I want to play next, to be fair this year I'm more into the Japanese mood so I'm mostly selecting Japanese games, so far things such as NNK1 and Octopath are on the list, Yakuza saga will get a replay from start to finish too and I think some of the new classics S-E is going to release on PC will be added to the list too.
IDK why I haven't been playing since I finished FFX but I guess it's time to play something, don't you think?

imo Sony was never gonna mention PC in the "PS5 launch window" anyway, the fanboys would eat them alive (just look how quickly they eradicated the FF16/DeS PC mentions in the last sony trailers) and especialyl with covid still raging worldwide , give it time.

Seriously, it's simple and small but in general I think it's really touching giving the current situation with working class and the inner despair of "this is a loop and I want to be a bit free to do what I love", it's all told in a very sarcastic and japanese way that it's lovely.
Also, it's Onion Games, creators of Moon RPG, so please, consider supporting them on PC or the Nintendo Switch, small games with big heart

They never did this, actually. They remain very evasive, even their investor PDF was only about "exploring".

Truth is it could go either way. And of course I'm not talking about some smaller scale multiplayer spin off or whatever that could come to PC.
Time will tell if another big AAA title from Sony comes to Steam or EGS.

I'm afraid "exploring" means just that. I would also like to point out that this was pre-Bethesda acquisition by Microsoft. Queen herself mentions this could cause Sony to reassess their PC strategy.
I'm not saying nothing AAA wise from Sony will ever make it to PC after Horizon (and who knows if they are happy with the sales) but at the moment I would not bet much on it. Thanks to many great insiders here we know that they have AAA PC stuff in the pipe now the question is whether any will actually release.
That's the billion dollar question.
Who knows, maybe I'll feel really stupid later this year.
