Monster Train DLC is fantastic
Makes units that were pretty useless, with or without upgrades, and lets you sacrifice them to enhance another unit.

Got the 3x attacking plant lady? Sacrifice a Wickless Baron, have her at the back, kill all enemies on the floor and by the time the boss arrives, she'd can be at 50 atk * 3.

Green+Remnant can become an even more deadly combo than pre dlc @3@

Sure the trade off is stronger enemies and bosses, but you are strong enough to take them on.

Deathloop looks very interesting, and also very familiar if you have played Dishonored (was that the same teleportation effect?). But I don't know how everything they showed will mix with the whole invasion by another player or AI thing. 99% of chance that I will stick with just the AI because it won't take long before other people find sveral ways to really annoy you :p

I don't think there was anything new. It was another mediocre presentation from Sony.
pretty excited for Death Stranding, new stuff was shown
the new story missions with new locations seems very interesting, it all ties truly into Kojima's mind
Kojima's brilliant eye for plot and story also added a racing minigame too

Thanks for all the feedback on the Tales games everyone. I decided to go with Vesperia. Seems like the safe pick to get into the series. If I enjoy it I will play the rest. Including Arise whose trailers have looked really good.

My final seal haul

Vesperia
Disgaea PC
TheHunter
Deus Ex GOTY
Valheim
Halo 3
Elminage Gothic

It was a decent sale overall imo. MHW Iceborne was still too pricey and I wanted to get some other stuff like Loop Hero but I wasn't in the mood for it atm. Will probably buy it during winter sale.

Excited to finally get into both Tales and Disgaea series :heroblob:

I could be wrong but I don't think I see either Resistance or Killzone. RIP Sony.

Semi joking asides I guess this is why Sony relies so heavily on Call of Duty and why they have a deal with them, MS use to have a deal with them years ago with the 360 from what I remember.

With the new Battlefield game it seems that EA is partnering with MS and that's where the marketing will be.

Also feels bad about Monster Hunter, I was going to get it for the pre-order bonus but it says that they might sell it later on. Also from the looks of it, the game runs bad on N/S. How ever the people currently playing don't seem to have the day 1 patch I think. For this game it doesn't really seem like frame rate matters a lot based off the gameplay that I have seen on both versions. It does look nicer on PC but from the battle animations and stuff it doesn't really seem like a huge deal breaker.

Also the PC version of the game has an online manual and the online manual mentions something about save data from the demo transferring, does this mean that PC might also get a demo as well? Might this be like RE8 and the PS5 demo?

After implementing local currency last year, Uplay just introduced more payment methods for us Indonesian plebs. Just like EGS, they now have popular e-wallets as payment so virtually everyone can buy directly from their phone now. The course of conversations in gaming forums and groups have changed since last year. People are now actually buying games outside of Steam, especially EGS, and probably Uplay too starting today.

Meanwhile on Steam... :sleepy-face:

I've heard a lot of good things about "Outer Wilds" lots of don't read anything just play the game sorta stuff.
Last game I got that for was NieR: Automata and it turned it to be one of my favorite of all time games.

I mentioned before, the wanting to all or nothing implement local currencies and payment methods has made regional pricing options way too slow on Steam. It may have made sense years ago, but I think folks want to see it sped up significantly even if it means less than perfect outcomes (of course, provided it results in better pricing for that region).

Valve should make it so the current pricing does not get overridden and then open the floodgates to more regions. That way, if developer/publishers do not implement specific regional pricing, items do not suddenly becoming unpurchaseable, but this would still allow for the options to exist for region specific pricing independent of whether the local currency and/or payment methods are currently supported. Valve could continue to work on allowing local currencies and purchase options, but not slow down the entire process.

My best guess as to why Valve has not done this, is developers/publishers have complete pricing control. There are definitely risks to allowing devs to have such direct, granular control of pricing, but I think those risks are becoming more of a moot point with how poorly regional pricing has become (which is the biggest risk).

Resident Evil Infinite Darkness is bad, and I like the CG movies a lot, but this thing is extremely boring.

No crazy action scenes, no over the top villain or story, Claire was done dirty once again and the Leon dick sucking is cranked to 11.

I want Bloodborne on PC more thant any other PS exclusive, but that title "Endless Nocturne" seems made up. Being a 4chan post just after a SOP makes me even more skeptical of this lol
Yeah from what I remember the word Nocturne is actually copy protected and even ATLUS had to get permission to be able to use that name form my understanding, which is why in the legal stuff for SMT 3 they name this one company that has nothing to do with ATLUS.

Did you know that Apple doesn't own the names ipad and iphone

seems like FIST PC is coming later

Yay, we still can't get past being Second Class to the console release.

I can't wait till we get past the primary customers for games being the actual corporations.

OK I can understand wanting to take a wedge of cash to secure the short term future of your company. Hwever as a consumer I don't have to like it.

I ended up getting:
Nocked! True Tales of Robin Hood
King's Bounty: Crossworlds
Root Letter
Caligula Overdose
NWN Tyrants of the Moonsea

Around $28 total. I mostly play LoL and BFV with friends nowadays anyway, so I limited it to stuff that's really cheap and that I'm almost certain to play. Caligula is the exception due to the planned price increase, but $15 isn't that much anyway.
