No but I noticed he changed his Steam username to 'X' and set his profile private. So he's kinda even more vanished from the net. No activity on Twitter or anything.
Gosh I really really hope he is OK.
Is it possible that he has been targeted by some sort of harassment/doxxing?
His Steam profile also changed to 'X' and private. And his linkedin page is no longer there (found it under the robotbrush webpage). There is facebook link there also, but I don't have one so cannot check does it work. Twitter seems to be there still.

I used to post on the old 3DR forums, and when they disbanded, we made our own forum, a couple of people on there did the same thing, been talking to them daily for like 10+ years then just disappeared, profile set to private, never heard from them again.

Maybe its super positive, he struck gold on bitcoin, found a wife and now starting a family so hasn't time for games and nerdy things

I used to do this a few years ago. Just disconnect from the internet for a week or so (outside of real responsibilities of course) and it was a) surprisingly therapeutic and b) not remotely as difficult as you would imagine. I should get back to that habit.
I knew of the aesthetics and mediocre combat, and wanted to give it a go given its cult status and gorgeous art style

I wrote lashman on discord when you guys told me he disappeared but i haven't heard anything either.
In theory, one could also use the contact form of his website, but i'd feel a bit weird to bother him like that if he appears to be offline out of choice.

Oh joy ! My weekly PC issue ! I missed it...
Booted the pc, went to my bank accounts on the internet, put the browser in the left half of the screen. Then, as fucking every day or so, opened my budget spreadsheet and my mom's one as well.
Not long after, the spreadsheets auto closed. Re-opening them, I was greeted with a document repair function, all went well, then the spreadsheets reopened and... crashed again. On the other side of the screen Firefox was unresponsive, lagging by a minute or so on my inputs.
My plebeian, totally uneducated, borderline superstitious mind would suspect... the RAM ?
A reboot fixed things but the damage is done, I shat bricks, it hurts.

So when it all started, I contacted a close friend of his on discord, someone I have no reason to doubt, and he confirmed that lashman was physically well but was having a rough time. That reassured me, as I said in this very thread, but that was some weeks ago and I worry too.

A massive chunk of 70s/80s & 90s anime would like a word. Sailor Moon, Space Dandy, Captain Tylor, Space Battleship Yamato etc and not forgetting Ulysses 31 and the epic...He escaped into the one place not yet corrupted by Anime.

My desktop is in that picture and I don't like it.
How do you guys deal with this much clutter on the desktop? I don't even have the recycle bin on mine I always use shift + del.
Who even uses the desktop? I only see that thing when I start or shut down the PC
I don’t use desktop for anything else other than just displaying a wallpaper.
I use it for some of my most frequently used applications/games, a few folders, and shortcuts for stuff that I don't need frequently but comes in handy once in a while (such as nvidia inspector, games clients that I very rarely use, like origin or uplay, or apps that I usually have always running but keep the icons in the desktop in case I may need to close and re-open them, like rtss and msi afterburner).
I have it organized with 2 columns of apps/folders in the left, 1 row of games in the top, and recycle bin in the bottom right.
