I saw this tweet yesterday but forgot to share. Seems like this is the right time to do it.
There is no way to see if someone is banned from Ubisoft game as far as I know.
Putting aside that NFTs are stupid and NFTs tied to "product" in a server even more so for a moment....
Isn't the "all transactions are final and can't be reverted" thing illegal in countries that have laws regarding consumer protection? Or is there some annoying loophole like the "Lootboxes aren't gambling because you can't technically cash out" one?

I wonder how much longer until the NFT hype train dies. It'll probably take a while, since all the people who've "invested" in it will need to lose that investment.

I would even settle for an X remaster; I had so much fun with that game and there really isn't anything else quite like it.X is a fantastic game as well. They really need to bring it back asap.
This trailer is still blowing my mind after all these years. The sense of exploration is so amazing. The crazier thing is that the scenery in the actual game is even better.

Literally everything that NFTs were supposed to bring to the table is prohibited by Ubisoft ToS.
Ubi sees a few people making like bandits, with this NFT craze. Guillemot, happy to create some buzz around Ubi that isn't about sexual abuse scandals, wants to be all in on it and maybe get some of that NFT scam pie.
That's it. There's no other reason than cheap PR and the vague hope of making some cash.

Kinda high for a 3-year-old PS4 game. Looks like is going to be more like the Horizon port instead of Days Gone. Hopefully my 1080 can handle this at 1440p.
