Maybe something broken on my "end", but Steam just refuses to show any DLC in the client. The store says I have the HD dlc but client just boots the standard game, no popup or even a DLC option in properties. I know it works for others so no idea whats happening here for me
That's way too many yachts Gabe. Time to drop Steam's cut.
It would be neat if they followed Apple here, where the 30% is dropped for a lower one (15%) for all games until they reach their first million dollar gross revenue. Would be a huge benefit for smaller devs. That's way too many yachts Gabe. Time to drop Steam's cut.
Yeah it really surprises me that steam doesn’t do that. Instead only big games get lower cut.It would be neat if they followed Apple here, where the 30% is dropped for a lower one (15%) for all games until they reach their first million dollar gross revenue. Use thisSadly Rock Paper Shotgun is one of those sites that forces you to pay or track you. Ao they go in the bin together with instagram(which I miss.:/)
A'ight, you convinced me.Against the Storm I haven't played in ages, and it is arguably the best city builder/strategy game I've ever played.
Just the perfect use of rogue lite elements to always get more of the best part of the genre, the early game. It always end by the time the genre normally gets boring, and every run is wildly different, no doubt even more so now.

This thing is beautiful in White sheesh. Now i'm curious what porcelain or slightly "off" white Steamdeck would look like...
Maybe I'm biased, but I so don't see the point of having a chip in there that draws up to 28W. He didn't even go over that in the video, showing only a test with 22W, and even that was barely over an hour. So something that draws the full 28W from the chip, will likely be way under an hour with the total system draw. What's the point of a handheld device if that's the worst-case battery life. Compare that to the Steam Deck OLED which is at over 2 hours in the absolute worst case. Having a 720p screen would have been so much more intelligent.
I’m so sad this isn’t an rpg using the Pathfinder 2e rules.
The only thing I can think is running it at lower watts in handheld but juicing it when it’s docked to get more performance when battery is not an issue.Maybe I'm biased, but I so don't see the point of having a chip in there that draws up to 28W. They way they have run Might & Magic brand into the ground is nothing short of impressive. Once a big name in PC Gaming.
They can't make good games in genres where they were leaders once and you want them to make something like that? XDUbisoft should eefinitely bring back Heroes of Might and Magic now that turn-based games are very much in vogue.
i wish, lol@lashman is sponsored now!
That means you completely missed out on the 1.5 Year timeframe where they tried to be an Indiepublisher and made a bunch of outstanding 10€ games just to bury it all as quickly as possible. The last Ubisoft game I've played was... Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, I think?
They just made it really easy to ignore their stuff tbh.
I enjoyed my time spent with this one, and wasn't the only one. Got interested in it after watching George's review:The last good ubi game was Rayman Legends, change my mind.
