They'd remove Udon'tplay from their games if they truly cared about Steam.Ubisoft suddenly deciding they actually care about Steam is quite funny.
With Onimusha 2 and Tony Hawk 3+4 both coming this year, all I need is for Konami to confirm Master Collection Vol. 2 with MGS4 in it.Sonic Unleashed PC and Tony Hawk 3+4 announcement tomorrow. What a week for me.
All I need is a proper Burnout 3 port and I'd be good.
Sonic fans are so insane they basically skipped several generations of console recompilations to do a much-loved but otherwise mediocre game in the series. It's 2025 and I am playing Sonic Unleashed on my SteamDeck at mostly 60 FPS. This whole N64 and now Xbox360 static recompilation stuff sounds like black magic.
I know anti anime but I would love to see a port of Blue Dragon, the Darkness. The 360 era has so many games that were never released on PC due to it being the dark ages (especially early 360).Sonic fans are so insane they basically skipped several generations of console recompilations to do a much-loved but otherwise mediocre game in the series.
And I hope we get recompilations of Lost Odyssey from these efforts.
If your GPU has a 0db mode. Most likely when it gets over 60C.When are the GPU fans suppose to start spinning? Everything else seems good so far.
I got the RTX 5080 TUF OC.If your GPU has a 0db mode. Most likely when it gets over 60C.
Speaking of Suikoden
Out the 6th March
MGS Delta is probably coming out earlier than Vol.2, and that's such an ass backwards way of doing things lol. Konami is funny. With Onimusha 2 and Tony Hawk 3+4 both coming this year, all I need is for Konami to confirm Master Collection Vol. 2 with MGS4 in it.
Don't forget you can force DLSS4 to get better image quality from all games with DLSS (well, except maybe FFXV), by forcing it via nvidia profile inspector.Alan Wake 2 and Indiana Jones plays fantastic. Also downloading Pacific Drive, VII Rebirth, Starfield, Space Marine 2, Wukong, Immortals of Aveum from Steam, basically games that didn't play well at all or not at all on my previous PC.
Got my hands on 3 months of PC game pass, so will try Stalker 2 and Avowed to see if they are worth a buy.
Do I need to uninstall the Nvidia app before I do this? Getting mixed report on that.Don't forget you can force DLSS4 to get better image quality from all games with DLSS (well, except maybe FFXV), by forcing it via nvidia profile inspector.
No. If the game still uses dlss 3, you just need to force that game profile individually in inspector. I have app installed and force globally/per game via profile, it works.Do I need to uninstall the Nvidia app before I do this? Getting mixed report on that.
Heh, me on the other hand I have only a few games installed (otherwise I get choice problems, can't handle too many games installed at once). So I have currently 3 m.2 nvme ssds, 1 tb for os, 2 tb for games and another 2 tb for games. So far I have only used one 2 m.2 nvme ssd for games, so Im actually not sure when I will take the second on in use.Buying games and not playing them? Get on my level: installing games and not playing them. Just put a second 4TB SSD in my PC. That's now 8TB dedicated entirely to Steam.![]()
This is actually pretty dope indeed.THEY ARE ADDING A WAY TO DISABLE THE BULLSHIT TIMER FOR THE CLIVE QUEST IN SUIKODEN 2!!!! That's actually a really nice QoL change which will allow people actually experience those scenes which otherwise required a speed run to see. Very cool.
The Monster Hunter games were already big in Japan before World (in 2 days, MH4 sold 1.8m physical copies and MHX 1.5m), but the PS4 and PC releases of World brought the series to the global mainstream.Man, this new Monster Hunter is another hyped game that’s totally gone over my head.
Never played one, but I guess all the growth happened with the last two games getting bumper discounts over the years.
I just hope Capcom supports it now it’s sold a lot. The cynical side of me thinks if it’s good enough to net 8m sales, they’ll let it fester.
Happy to not play this series, regardless. I don’t need another game to play right now.
My point was the new global audience that jumped on World were not all there at day 1 - they trickled in over years of discounts. The Monster Hunter games were already big in Japan before World (in 2 days, MH4 sold 1.8m physical copies and MHX 1.5m), but the PS4 and PC releases of World brought the series to the global mainstream.
Unfortunately Wilds has alot of technical issues on PC...
ER sold 12 million in 17 days. Wilds could (should) surpass that, but it isn't a given yet. I know Capcom wanted to sell 11 million units by the end of its FY on March 31 and I think Wilds can beat that pretty easily. It was obvious MonHun is getting huge, but i still didn't expect it to outsell Elden Ring like that
Tropical Island was such a surprise hit of a game for me. Don't know if I got the recommendation from you or someone else here, but I love the premise.
Early going so far and my initial impression is Fantasy Forest is an appreciable step up from Tropical Island.
The first thing you'll obviously notice is the new art design that looks absolutely gorgeous. This is night and day compared to Island, which also had its own folk-art charm. This time out the entire presentation feels far more professional.
I noticed there are more body regulation systems in place such as urination, etc. This takes the appreciable depth found in the original and goes even further, making the survival-simulation mechanics feel even more authentic.
Proper questing in now on the menu. Where Island was strictly a sandbox, now in Forest there are tangible goals that lead to increasingly complex recipe unlocks. I understand this was a controversial choice for some but I enjoy the smooth learning curve & direction it allows for. At the same time I think it was super-smart for the dev team to respond quickly and provide an alternate game mode that is strictly sandbox without questing elements or need to unlock recipes. Best of both worlds now properly in place.
Based on the initial rollout of what is here now, and dev responsiveness to feedback I think Card Survival: Fantasy Forest is gonna go down as a classic in the survival genre. It's such a unique take with an offbeat, snappy gameplay loop that makes the genre feel quite fresh.
SUPER happy with what is here now and can't wait to see the game evolve through Early Access.
I'm gonna take a stab and guess it was me as I don't recall anyone talking about either Card Survival game.Tropical Island was such a surprise hit of a game for me. Don't know if I got the recommendation from you or someone else here, but I love the premise.
