2 Hours of Last Blade 2

1 Hour of Vampire Hunter/Darkstalkers' Revenge matches

2 Hours of Street Fighter III 3S

1 Hour of Super Street Fighter II Turbo matches

2+ Hours of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure (casual?) matches

2 Hours of Melty Blood

I bought OG Guilty Gear on PS2, and while I liked the aesthetics, I didn't care for the gameplay. I didn't understand it.
PS1 you mean.

Yipes commentary was entertaining as always.
Sagat's Tiger shots being him rowing a boat slayed me.

There's a JP PS+ exclusive SamSho demo - it's limited to 2 hours, but SNK can't code so it's as simple as deleting the save data, switching to another account, and switching back to reset the timer.

I'm lucky enough to have a JP account with PS+, since the free trial actually requires a CC on file... managed to play 3 hours with a buddy that's a TO for an FGC local near me. Gonna be bringing the demo to our next meetup on Tuesday, but anyone here have any questions about the game?

Very much so. Admittedly, this is my first SamSho, but it wasn't his and we both were having a blast. He pre-ordered on his phone an hour into our session.
That's great to hear. (y)

This makes the wait for the PC version a little more painful though.

I took advantage of that SamSho shit as soon as I found out you can just delete the save data to reset the timer. I'm not as big of a fan as I thought I would be.

Double posting for good reason:

40€ for the Kombat pack is quite something, considering that I would only be interested in Nightwolf this is a big no :D

For people that might wanna see, I modded my old TE-S to support a full size Korean joystick a couple weeks ago. I wanted to use a Myoungshin Fanta with a silicon grommet for the longest time. I chose my TE-S because it has the official Namco Noir layout (panel is from a SCV TE lol), and it's pretty beat up so if I mess up the mod I won't bother crying over it.

The reason the mod is so extensive on a TE is for 2 reasons. A full size Korean lever has this big ass collar on it that sticks up through the panel. an dit's 35mm across. The hole a Japanese joystick shaft goes through is a set standard at 24mm. That hole needs to get bigger, The second problem is the TE-S has a 2nd plastic layer inside it, and the base of the KR stick is huge. I already tore out a huge chunk of the plastic layer for another old mod, might as well get in there and tear out more. Have to move some cables and remount the PCB too.

Anyways, I got it done in a single evening and it wasn't too bad. Just bought a step drill bit that went up to 35mm and went to town inside the case with some clippers. I'll post some pictures of stick gore real quick:

Note: you are not seeing through the bottom of the stick. There's a metal panel that goes on the bottom, that's just a plastic layer Madcatz puts in TEs for IDK what reason. Anyways, final thing ended up turning out just fine. You can tell the drilling went a little sloppy, but this is a case that's been around the world since like 2011 (was a MvC3 stick) and has enough scars that it shouldn't matter. At least I know how to do this cleaner if I want to make an actual nice KR stick in the future. If anybody has questions about Korean stick stuff feel free to ask. I've now used 2 different Japanese mount based Crowns, a stock/silicon and airbag Fanta, and the Taeyoung Fanta that comes in the etokki. (also yes I am extremely aware of the level of degeneracy that my stick art is)

Good lord, I am happy I bought those Madcatz KEs when they were on sale. I still like that cute art you have on it, I see no degeneracy.

Wow, I have never seen a truly dead on arrival fighter on PC.

I got dead or alive one in the mail last night. Saturn version. Runs great. Looks even better than Virtua fighter 2, but with weaker art. Slows down a little more often. Anyhow beautiful game and beautiful packaging. And there's a naked girl printed right on the disk, if you're into that sort of thing.

It plays great too, unfortunately the AI is a god-awful bastard. Right from the lowest levels all I can do is read inputs. You're quickly playing a game that feels nothing like a fighting game lol. Your blocks will be met with throws, your strikes will be met with reversals. On and on.

Oh but... Protip!
Pound on the punch button! Beat that shit! And one overly difficult, cheap-ass, input reading CPU opponent will fall after the other.

Virtua fighter 2 has shitty AI but this shit is out of control. Pretty much ruins the game for goofing around single player.

Tizoc, I forgot to ask you: since you previously searched for Steam keys that grant you the Japanese versions of some games (those Konami collections, ...), do you know where I can find a legit key for the "international version" of the Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection?
The one that includes the Japanese versions of the games?

Thanks ;)

I can't believe I forgot to mention it, but to be fair... SNK forgets a lot of things too.

Uncensored, rollback netcode, etc.

Out now.

They also nerfed the best support.
Indeed.

Here's the PC one done by me:

Here's the PS4 import done by the player I stole the combo from:

It's just not the same.

There's a new update for FIGHTING EX LAYER coming out tomorrow, with a new free character, and apparently some new modes, and online improvements.
