dgVoodoo v2.6 is out!

Tried it, seems to have completely broken settings for me. The dgVoodoo watermark shows on the bottom right no matter what, the resolution/aspect ratio settings don't seem to apply at all so unless the game already supports 1440p (like SWAT3 can be forced to from the ini file) it runs at lower resolution and stretches, Rogue Squadron 3D can't be forced to maintain 4:3 aspect ratio no matter what, and so on. It completely broke my desktop arrangement when running that game which ran at super low resolution instead of 1440p and therefor forced all my other app windows to the top left corner, etc. I got that stuff with the previous version too so had reverted to the one before that which worked perfectly well but I was hoping he'd have it all fixed with this one.

Might be paradoxal to buy something when I am absolutely in deep shit, but I know I will play the game at the very least for a full month, so that takes care of other temptations.

Tried on Simon the Sorcerer 3d and it work fine (like before), have you deleted all of old config files and dll's?

Doh. I thought I did all that but I had re-copy-pasted the same old dll files instead, lol. I overwrote everything but the dll files now are in specific x86/x64 sub folders rather than just dropping what's in the MS folder itself so those weren't overwritten in the main dgVoodoo2 folder and so I copy pasted the same old ones to the game folders, ha. It works now but I can't get Rogue Squadron 3D in 4:3 no matter what scaling mode I choose. Keep aspect ratio or stretched 4:3 or whatever. The rest settings apply properly, I see the CRT effect for example when choosing that, but the game still fills the screen. Edit: I tried to force it in SWAT3 to see if it works on that and it didn't work there either but I dunno if that's cos the game is widescreen on its own already, but Rogue Squadron's game settings resolution is set to 1280x1024, not that I'm sure any of it even matters when it's dgVoodoo applying the final rendering resolution. I dunno

I'm exactly in the same position, lol.
I took a look at the DLC content and it doesn't seem to be worth it, so I went for the base game instead.
But then I got the discount so I refunded it and plan on buying the complete edition with it. The DLC doesn't seem to be worth 8€ but 3€ seem good enough to satisfy my inner collector. (Yes, I know it's technically ~15 instead of ~7 if you use the discount on the base game).
Haven't re-bought it yet though, since I'm planning to wait for the Monthly until finalizing my purchases.

For a while, if you used that 22% off discount code, you would get 22% off on top of the already discounted price.
Now, it just increased the discount a bit, for a total of 22% off.

I managed to pre-order the Deluxe Edition of Code Vein, and the Premium Edition of Age of Wonders: Planetfall, for pretty good prices.
Sadly, the deal was over when I went to pre-order Greedfall.

"Just" 22% off makes the GMG prices similar to other stores, so that won't make me pre-order any further titles.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance is up there with Morrowind and Gothic for one of the best open-world 3D RPGs. Immersion is used so often as a term that I feel it's lost its weight, but not here. This game excels at making you believe you're in a living world. This results in you taking actions because you think it should behave that way, and in most cases it does. I can't overstate how rewarding this is for an RPG.

Yeah, I have a couple more months pre-paid, after that it's goodbye for me as well.

The first yearly subscription was well worth it for me, and I got plenty of games I was interested in out of it.
But the second one was a disaster, and I certainly didn't get much out of it.

Oh well, lesson learned.

Well, Mechanicus is XCOM with a Warhammer 40K flavor. Very good reception, only downside is it was too easy for some at release. Don't know if it has been fixed.

On another topic, can anyone confirm that if I buy FF14 complete on cdkey I will have Shadowbringers ? It's obviously not listed as the complete edition predates the newest xpac.
Less costly to straight up re-buy everything than just SB on steam, stupid.

Edit - I guess I would miss on the Heavensward collector bonus I must have linked to my account. Don't remember them though.

I don't quite get the negativity here. Sure you might personally don't find the games appealing (or already have them) but objectively this month was really great and the unlocks for next month are great too, soooo wtf?
