I've been playing a lot of 76 lately, if this is EA it's not leaving EA any time soon! It's even buggier than most Bethesda games. Want to exit your power armor near a wall? Nope hard lock. Spent 5 mins fighting a high level scotch beast and want that sick loot? Nope the body disappeared due to too many local assets or just plain fell through the world. Want to... Server disconnect...
Npcs and a sort of 2.0 story makeover is coming in the northern hemisphere fall, that seems like the time for a relaunch.

I live in a country where if a company gets bad feedback (I really don't know because I don't know Chinese that well) that banks auto block them. Battle.net oddly has the worst ratings, can't even buy from them with a limit - always have to call them to let me buy which they give me five minutes. Still can't buy from battle.net because of regional differences.
Steam, I can basically buy anything below 25$ without issue. I have to call (like above) for anything higher and they give me five minutes. Though usually less. Bank never chargebacks anything. I've had them completely outright block everything, send me a text in Chinese (which I thought was spam), and forever lock my card lol.

I really liked Layers of Fear, but the user reviews for the sequel leaves me skeptical.

They fixed my VR issues with No Man's Sky pretty quickly. Good on them for being on top of things. I can't wait to dig into this.

I'm going to need two play time trackers for Oxygen not included. One for the game itself and the other for looking at some hints and clever solutions on forums/youtube.

I was hyped from the start, but then it kinda got lukewarm in the middle. My main concern is the amount of content we have to replay through. It looks like there are only 4 different environments in total. The game randomly generates the dungeons and missions, but with only 4 areas I'm afraid it'll get boring real fast.
Another thing that left a bad taste in my mouth about this game is that they increased the price in my region a few weeks after the pre-order went live.

There's a sign-in button in the main menu and clicking it generates a small Win10 app window within which you sign in with your XBL details (the same sort of window you see when you sign into the WinStore or whatever). I haven't hosted an MP game, so there might be a pop-up if you attempt to create or join a game without signing in/disabling crossplay, but, yeah, that MS has gone to the extent of creating a user-selectable divide within its XBL <-> Steam API is very surprising. I'm not sure this will carry over to something like, say, Gears 5, but regardless, it's a nice gesture even if it's limited to exclusives like Age.

There's a store page for AoE2 DE, and, conspicuously, it doesn't mention an XBL account as a requirement, but at this relatively early stage, that isn't necessarily a discrepancy. We'll know when Gears 5 hits in a few weeks, I suppose.

First response from CDKeys regarding my region locked key was that they would be investigating the issue and that they'd request a refund and I should hear back within 2 days.
3 days later still nothing. I email back, this time saltier, point out that it's fucked up that the game's store page still claims it's a worlwide key and threaten to never give them any business again. Receive refund on my paypal within 20mins lol. Yeah, not shady at all. I did get my refund but the whole thing really left a bad taste in my mouth...

Honest question, was GoldenEye this revolutionary game back in the day?
I really don't get the hype around old console shooters, played Perfect Dark (HD remake of the original) on 360 and it was rough, boring and weightless. Played TimeSplitters and while the setting was fun the game itself is rather meh. I guess to me Halo is really the only console FPS that probably not far behind of the best that PC can offer. Shows you just how much the input method can change the whole game.
