I can't really comment on if it's like Mass Effect since I haven't really played those but beyond that I don't think enough people gave it a fair chance in playing it

Sonic Frontiers is janky (though this isn't unusual for Sonic games), and the later parts of the game felt rather rushed, but overall I still enjoyed the game alot more than I expected.
Not gonna lie, seeing some games that I really want at historical lows on EGS is annoying. Gonna have to wait until I can find the steam versions at those prices.

By the way this weekend is when the Steam Deck will be officially released in parts of Asia.
When Komodo said that the release date would be December 17. They actually meant that is when it would arrive at people homes not when they would ship them which is great news.
So those that pre-orderd it will be getting it this Saturday and be using them over the weekend. Those that didn't pre-order will now have to pay for shipping going forward.

(Also iirc. leaked pricing for 4080 12GB from Proshop was in same range.)
If you're paying almost 1400€ for a GPU might as well put 160€ extra towards 4080. (1520€)
And if you're paying more than 1500€, you could also as well go all in and pay 2000€ for 4090.

That's basically what Digital Foundry also said (Well, not that it's a steal, but that it's the only card with decent value). The 4090 is the only card that somewhat justifies its price by just being that beefy and all the other cards are worse value at their price. Which is insane cause usually the deal gets worse at the super high-end pricing, but here we are.
I was hoping to upgrade this year from my 2060, but pricing still seems very fucked. Maybe an eventual 4060 could be a good deal, but I am unconvinced.
Hopefully Nvidia and AMD bleed hard and we can somewhat go back to pre-crypto pricing.

I am glad I upgraded my PC earlier this year, there is no way I can justify those prices. At this rate 4050 is going to be lucky if it is less than a PS5. He’ll I am expecting it to be £600 to £700.

Nah not like that. I would say 4070ti / 4080 has awful cost/perf ratio.
There's absolutely no justification for those prices.
4090 is justifiable only because it's top end product for those who want absolute best.
It's not card I'd buy, but I'm also not stupid to pay nearly as much for much inferior card.
Just hoping my 2080 doesn't break before prices get cheaper.

It seems insane to me to break the game for some people who were previously able to play it, when the solution to not doing so (just offering a branch) is completely trivial.
