What is STEINS;GATE: Linear Bounded Phenogram anyway? Is this a side story of the main game?

It's a second fandisk for Steins;Gate, with several short side stories of a varying quality (from pretty bad to rather decent).
(Don't worry, you're not missing out on the first fandisk. The stories there were almost uniformly terrible, only saving grace was a short story where Okabe was gay and boned male Luca)

One has to wonder how many console-exclusive UE3 games are left that haven't been ported to PC (and won't be now that Epic has shuttered support for the engine).

hmm not sure ... i generally like animes (never watched SG though) , but I generally dislike everything VN (especially when it doesnt have additional nonreading sections to change things up )

Maybe i am just better off by watching the anime instead of trying to go to a genre dont like and then reading up sumaries about changes and different endings

My suggestion is to do what I did.

I watched the anime, loved it, and then got into the VNs. Played 0 and enjoyed it, even if it was a bit goofy in some ways.

Although admittedly, I've never finished the original VN because I kept forgetting about it halfway through.

I could name a bunch from my PS3 collection alone.
The one that really stings me is Drag-on Dragoon 3.

... Well I shouldn't let it bug me too much though because it's not like PC has the previous DoD's either. >_<
Emulation I guess will have to suffice for keeping these titles alive. Sigh.

News - Changes to Video Content on Steam

For the past few years, we have worked on expanding Steam beyond games and software by building a video platform that supports paid and free video content. In reviewing what Steam users actually watch, it became clear we should focus our effort on offering content that is either directly related to gaming or, is accessory content for games or software sold on Steam.

As part of this refocus, we have retired the Video section of the Steam Store menu with an expectation that video content is discovered via the associated game or software store page, or through search, user tags, recommendations, etc.

Over the coming weeks a number of non-gaming videos will be retired and will no longer be available for purchase. Previously purchased content will remain available to owners.

I played Yakuza Kiwami yesterday for a few hours and the game already is a rollercoaster of emotions.

So, One Piece World Seeker is only $18 in my region, more than half the regular pricing for Bamco games which is $40.

But still, I'm not sure what to make of it, it's either:

- a pricing mistake, so they'll adjust it later (like what happened in some other games before)
- they finally re-evaluate their pricing policy for some regions, including mine
- it's just a one-off occurence

I hate this, because it kinda urge me to pre-order as soon as possible, in case the first point happens.

the reason I wouldn't be able to connect my DS4s wirelessly is because the Xbox bar wasn't updated? I saw I had updates when I took those screenshots and one of them was for the xbox bar. I update it, update my Windows 10, I restart and now my controller is FINALLY recognized wirelessly.

EDIT: Oh I checked out steam without logging in and here's what the first thing it showed me was

I think the first page on steam would need some improvements but overall if it can recommend a recently released well received indie game among the first stuff in that marquee, I'd say we are off to a good start :V

Since you brought it up, I'm curious to find out if the community here knows of digital stores (the type of content doesn't matter) that do a good job of highlighting relevant content and interesting new releases. If you wanted Steam to copy features from other stores, which stores and features would those be?
