Hell yes to Indivisble, if it's good Im getting it on a Steam sale. Already own the rest on Steam so I can heavily recommend Two Point Hospital.

If Wasteland Remastered and Reign GoT is good Im adding them to my Steam wishlist too.'

KH3 is coming to Xbox Game Pass so might as well play it there, have yet to buy KH3 in hope for a PC release.

Ys - Memories of Celceta is down.
It starts good then turns into a VN :anguished-face:

Have been contemplating the past few days of wherever or not to get the Exodus Expansion Pass, but have decided to wait for a deeper sale due to the amount of other games I have to go through. Hopefully it will be at least 40% off during the summer sale.

Two Point Hospital and Indivisible were definitely up there in my most wanted, but feedback dissuaded me to buy them full price, good rental.
Can't speak for Indivisible, but Two Point is easily one of the best management sims in quite some time. Killer production values & polish, crunchy depth under the hood, and an impressive learning curve to on-ramp new players. TPH is worth it's weight in gold.

My PC is acting up. If it's anything expensive to fix I'll have to finally sell my PS3 and Vita to afford new parts.
It was turning on but not showing a picture, I removed and reinserted the ram and replaced the motherboard's battery. Now I'm getting a picture but the CPU seems to be running too hot. I removed the heatsink to clean it and might not have attached it again properly but tonight I'm also going to apply thermal paste, it's been 9 years since I bought it and I never applied new paste...
The heatsink has these plastic thingies that you need to press down and rotate, I'm afraid to break the mobo with how hard I need to press on these damn things.

I've always wanted to give Fairy Fencer ADF a shot but I'm not interested in anything else from that bundle.
It's still worth it for that price alone but I'm in the process of clearing some stuff from my backlog before the crazyness starts. From CS3's release onwards shit will be ridiculous.

Just started playing Daemon X Machina.

Gameplay loop is a bit repetitive so far, and I hate the awkward, low budget cutscenes introducing the characters. The story seems non-existent too so far (just reached rank D). That said, the actual mission gameplay and combat is fun, especially against other mechs. Movement is fast and slick, with lots of possible maneuvers. Loadouts are versatile and you can swap anytime. However, the missions end too soon, I feel. Perhaps it's because I'm still in the lower ranks, so let's see how it goes later. Anyway, I'm also disappointed with the lack of visible customization. Yes, I regularly upgrade my mech parts and its equipment, However, I haven't seen any part that actually changes the visual of my mech, they're mostly just stats upgrades so far. Judging by the other mechs used by NPCs, I should come across some parts that actually change the visual sooner or later. Overall, I'm liking it so far.

Do co-op. you can easily get better looking armors from there,

Very happy to see Indivisible on Game Pass. I've heard mixed impressions, so this is perfect.

Hope they restock the Rising Star bundle soon-ish.
I would mostly want to try Earth's Dawn, since that looks like something I'd likely enjoy.

Let's see if Hamble tries to one-up Fanatical later today :p

I love Larian, but I'll never get over how dumb an announcement of a reveal is. I understand why you do it, you want to shore up interest. But it's this weirdly meta thing. Next someone will do an announcement of an announcement of whatever
And now people on the other site are arguing if BG3 is gonna go full 3D like Dragon Age.

The thought never even occurred to me but my first reaction is that it sounds absolutely hideous.

I don't need yet another 3D adventure/rpg, thank you. There's dozens to pick from. Heck Ubi has carved out a complete annualized template with their AC/FC/WD/GR etc. etc.

What made Larian & Obsidian so special in the past decade is that they revitalized the isometric rpg with D:OS & PoE franchises. It's a big part of what makes these productions so special, the fact that so few others are doing it outside of a handful of indies.

Now I'm all paranoid that BG3 will just be another dumb BioWare rpg clone. :(

I know. I guess I mean top-down camera to be more specific.

The top-down perspective with rotating camera felt like the perfect hybrid of old vs. modern tech, giving a nice flavor of both.

I don't see why they'd stray from that, their games that did weren't nearly as well received as the top down stuff. That said, being able but not forced to zoom in and angle the camera forward doesn't seem like an inherently bad thing, as long as the point & click controls and combat mechanics maintain top QA priority. I dunno if they'd allow that as it'd only put the visuals, character animations, lip syncing, texture and object detail, and so on, up for much more scrutiny,

Hooo hoo im making progress on FTL. Over the last couple of weeks ive unlocked 2 new ships and been trying to concentrate on completing the achievements to get a different load out option for them.

Feels like i might maybe possibly be able to finish a run!

Re: BGiii Honestly, I really don't care. I just want a Larian passion project full of heart and soul and a touch of jank.
... and from the theatrics in the videos so far it seems like they're having fun so i'm interested in this first glimpse of what they have to show at this early stage on the 27th.

This is such a high-profile, nostalgia-fest of a series for many, many people that they have no chance of pleasing everyone anyway.

Speaking of playstation, what happen with horizon zero dawn rumours?
Sony has yet to confirm. The reason why they have not is probably because there is more at stake here than just a PS exclusive going to PC. Likely a PS Launcher and some communication around their PC strategy.

I'd say it's looking good though. Kotaku's sources are solid and we have people here who claim it's a sure thing.

"and yeah, i can already tell you with 100% confidence - there are more games coming after HZD :) many ... many more :) "

We will see in due time I guess.

This is me 100%. I love IsoCRPG's but my favourite game of all time is Dragon Age: Origins so I really don't care what perspective they go with as long as it has that old school charm and heart that were lost in BioWare games (and henceforth pretty much all Western AAA RPG's) post DA:O/ME1.

Then again, I'm not a picky gamer - if a game has solid writing then I can forgive basically anything.
