Ryza 2 with DoF on seems designed with the sole purpose of killing my eyes, had to disable it as not even #FE on portable was hurting my eyes this bad

Dandy Dungeon is such an AMAZING little game :cat-heart-blob:

Seriously, it's simple and small but in general I think it's really touching giving the current situation with working class and the inner despair of "this is a loop and I want to be a bit free to do what I love", it's all told in a very sarcastic and japanese way that it's lovely.
Onion Games (and Kimura-san) have perfected the art of sarcasm. I played Dandy Dungeon when it was still a FTP mobile game. While it had MTX, it was clearly from the game's humor that devs didn't like it at all.

I'm buying their games just for that principle alone.

But ... if they're not affecting markets, how can they positively contribute to it? And if they're so positive and in fact the best customers, why would we want less piracy? We should want more!

(ok I didn't watch the videos either...)

Yves Guillemot respond if you are okay.

Gotta say it may not have the most IMPRESSIVE textures, and chances are it was designed with the Wii in mind, but the first Sumo SEGA racing game still holds up visually (note to self, lower ingame brightness...)

Also, unholy pre 2010 PC gaming, Batman
SEGA Superstars Tennis was ported to MAC along with Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing. However, SEGA Superstars Tennis was never released on PC

yup, but they released them later all as one collection ... so maybe you played that

Seems I didn't. Is the collection recommended over playing each game separately? Using the same character for all 3 games sounds like progression may have been slowed down to achieve this...

yeah, i think so ... the collection is the "definitive" release ... they fixed a lot of stuff

Finished Plague of Shadows, which is the second campaign in Shovel Knight. I was going for unlocking an achievement where you find all Arcanas without buying them from the guy Chester. But for some reason I did buy one Arcana from him. So I had to restart the game and play through it again and beat it again. This time I also did without using the tonics, which would give an extra temporary health bar. So I unlocked two achievements. Got a few more achievements to unlock.

I think my rarest achievement showcase will soon be only Shovel Knight achievements. Since nobody seems to not have played the additional campaigns besides the first one

If you haven't check the pcgw page.

"Setting Low Detail Models to Off will load the lowest quality models, it doesn't "disable" low-detailed models like most people would expect, rather selecting Four Player will load the highest quality models available."

Made the same mistake when I've played it a long time ago.

Try 4 on playing and liking No Mans Sky.

Man, is it hard to like this game.

The clunky Console UI
the low storage space
the low charges for flying your ship or flying to a new system
the low charges of the environmental (cold/heat/rads/oxygen) systems
the clunky building system
the clunky tutorial which tells you either to wait, or to buy a blueprint to a base room that HAS NO DOORS! and doesn't tell you to research the required door blueprint
fucking sentinals

Blaseball coming back March 1! Who's ready for absurd baseball? I am!

I like NMS, but only on sandbox mode, mostly for the reasons that you mentioned. I'm not sure that base building ever gets fun.

My 6 year old boy though, he loves the game. He plays on sandbox of course. It's a great kids game, and I don't mean that as an insult. You can fly and walk around all you want, summon a giant robot, build a base, see a million planets and space stations, trade space ships all you want, build another base underwater and drive a submarine, assemble a fleet for free, and shoot at sentinels with impunity. To a kid, it's pretty much the perfect game.

I'm in the mood to play another aRPG. I've already finished PoE, Grim Dawn, Victor Vran, Titan Quest, Van Helsing and Diablo 3. Any other recommendations in this genre?
Using one of Wok's recent highlited sites, Too Many Games? (discovery, input the listed games) yields more or less the recommendations given so far.

Maybe we are missing Sacred 2 Gold but its also very old.
Then there is Wolcen but it has mixed reviews so not sure about its quality.

It's a bit ancient but what about Dungeon Siege 1 and 2?

Played these as well, even part 3. I forgot to mention them. Oh and I forgot Chronicon as well., 😊
shadows awakening is really good

also can recommend wolves vikings of midgard

I've completed Shadows Awakening last year. I really liked switching between the two worlds, but it got a bit repetitive in the end. Still worth playing tho.

And I'll check out Vikings of Midgard, thanks! 👍

I'm done with Crusader Kings III for now as I just finished my first dynasty playthrough. It's really great, I loved it and besides a couple of small issues here and there, I could kept playing it for another 70 hours. Gotta say though, after wandering about in the CK subreddit I'm really curious about CK2.

Also have been playing BF1, and while it can feel very unbalanced at times, it's super fun. If you have some days of EA Play left (or didn't pick the deal yet) and didn't play it, I do recommend trying it out.

Slightly off topic......Do any of you partake in the odd cocktail now and then and if so what's your favourite?

I've been experimenting over this lockdown period and just whipped up some Mai Tai's and they are deeeee-licious.

Hic.

Cuba Libre, Mai Tai, Tequila Sunrise and Long Island Tea are my favorites.

Cuba Libre is what i drink the most by far since it's the easiest to make, tho i prefer to use darker, heavier rum for it like Kraken or Pyrate.

Also made myself Spiced Apple Highballs a lot last year when i found out about Jack Daniels Apple Liqour.
They are a bit of an acquired taste but really cool and easy to make.

browsing porn as you write emails though... this is such a paradise for me

I'd be lying if i were to say that i've never done that in office...

IDK why I haven't been playing since I finished FFX but I guess it's time to play something, don't you think?

If you're open to suggestion, can I suggest starting the Trails series? There are 10 games in the series so far, 7 are official releases, 2 unofficial and another one is supposedly in the process of English localisation. :dana_wink:

as MetaCouncil is an anagram for Anime Occult

Time to bring back the old banner.

the fact that we still don't have CS4 PC release date is literally and figuratively killing me [UWSL]:crying-face:[/UWSL]

At this stage, I'm only two games behind CS4 after waiting for the Crossbell duology for more than 3 years. Personally, I can wait a little while longer. :dana_bed:

give @Durante time to work his magic

Also this.

Appreciated and right now I'm playing Dandy Dungeon :cat-heart-blob:
