Can you play Darksiders 3 before 2? I heard it takes place before that one and plays differently.

The Darksiders games all take place at the same time.
You can play 2 and 3 in any order, tho i'd say one cool bossfight will lose impact on you, but apart from that no issue.

Damn every time you think you're done with DQXI the game throws another 20 hour piece at you. This is not a good game to play if you're trying to make progress on your backlog. After 65 hours I did what seemed like the last part and the game was like "ha that's cute".

That was me with RDR; I thought I beat the game like three or four times.

Friendly reminder that Mob Psycho 100 Season 2 started today and it's still as good as ever.
Season 1 is available on your favorite anime store, Steam.

Don't ask me why you'd buy it there ourside of the novelty factor, though, but it means it's not even offtopic here, bwahahaha.

Season 1's opening is still one of the greatest things ever.

yeah i gotta start watching that, i loved mob season 1

and i need something since zombieland saga and jojo are both taking a break -_-

HTC announced new VR Headset at CES but I saw no mention of Valve so I assume Valve is going to have their own soon?

don't think so .... steam's VR is just open VR ... so they'll probably just add support for all of that new stuff into Steam VR and that's that

I never knew my posts were nutritious, that explains so much!

talking about explaining, will valve ever fix that spontaneous store relaoding bug, I understand it's no biggie, but it is annoying, and it has been too long

Sorry for going completely OT for a moment, but I can't resist sharing: I'm at work, and a completely insane lady called the cops saying I assaulted her.
Really, here I am, an accountant, busy and quietly at work, and some woman comes in, starts insulting my colleagues, wants to speak at force with a colleague who isn't at work (she lost her mother on Friday, so she took a few days off), and when I told her since she was being rude, aggressive, and since she had paid only one of our monthly fees (in 9 months), we would stop working with her, she called the cops saying I assaulted her, and even wanted to call an ambulance.

I ended up being interviewed by the cops, and thankfully, they didn't buy into her story. But, I'm not sure if I'll have any further "hassles" because of this.
Unbelievable. :cautious:
Sorry to hear this man, people suck sometimes (the cynical in me wants to say "more often than not", but I'll refrain from doing so).

Oof, that sucks.
The closest "there are strange people" story I experienced was once when I was walking back to the office during lunch break, some guy came around the corner and we were walking towards each other.
I heard him mumbling something from the distance and as we got closer he looked at me and started insulting me for no reason.
I was like "dude what the hell" internally, but didn't say anything, just gave him a confused look and continued walking past him.
He threw insults at me the entire time until I went around the corner and out of his sight (potentially even then still, I just stopped hearing them at one point and don't know if it was because he stopped or I really just couldn't hear them anymore).
That was definitely an ...odd experience.

Well, i sure hope the pics from a few weeks ago from Valve (prototype?) hmds will eventually end up as a consumer product. As a Oculus Kickstarter i would never, ever buy a Facebook hmd (again, but i didn't know at the time!) and I really don't like the way HTC behaves with pricing and support. The WMR hmds have suboptimal tracking and are really hard to find in Europe (at the least the better ones).
I'm clicking so fast on that order button if and when that thing arrives on the store. I really think the first gens of hmds are a bit old already. I can't stand that screen-door effect anymore and the FOV is claustrophobic at best. I'm so ready for a new gen.

yeah, that's true ... hmm ... guess we'll see when they're ready (in a decade or two ... you know, Volvo Time™ etc. :P)

well yeah, of course ... but i don't think they'll officially announce anything ...

Yeah, that's possible. Guess will know sooner or later.
But they're probably doing something, or maybe it's only for third parties?

might be ... don't think they want to do hardware on their own ever again (after the controller and link) :P and even Vive wasn't really their hardware ... or Steam Machines

Steam Controller probably didn't do too bad (sold like 1.5m?) and Valve has seemingly tried to make v2 (referenced in SDK and

Would be nice if Valve made it's own VR device, just so I could use card money to at least partially pay for it lol.

Does anyone remember Games Republic? Apparently the entire store got glitched earlier today and many games were sold insanely cheap.

I doubt those were ever available. basically everything would've bee $0.14. If not, that's big miss.

Edit: Apparently they still haven't revoked Civilization VI glitch keys that they refunded long ago.

Will be setting up my Rift on thursday when I get home from campus. Can't wait. Got like 60 VR games on Steam installed and a bunch of demos and stuff from the Oculus client.

Might get a 3rd sensor to perfect room scaling, but will see how 2 sensors works first.

I read in gg.deals that someone actually got Dishonored 2 for 0.1 euro

My biggest issue with Valve made hardware and stuff like the link, controller and most likely the upcoming Knuckles and their VR headset is that their stuff never ships or being sold to or in my country.

I have yet to even see freaking Steam gift cards in retail or in an online shop here.

Oh my god.

I'm playing Monkey Island 4 and these may be the worst controls I've ever experienced in my life. This is going to require some extensive reconfiguring.

yup, they're bad ... really really bad!

RE: The Rules.

"No Anime" is a meme. Nothing more.
MRORANGE is a K-pop fan, so no J-pop is just him being... biased? (Hopefully not racist or something.)

Well that's the way it was explained to me anyway.

Honestly the rules are stupid and should probably just be deleted. They're routinely broken every single month in multiple instances and nobody does or says anything because it'd be a farce to enforce them in the OT where everyone just kinda mingles to talk about whatever anyway lol.

EfMI is an adventure game made for gamepads
Like Broken Sword 3 was.
Both are crap.
I loved both of them back in the day

Talking about no anime, yesterday was the first episode of Dororo (watch it on Amazon Prime).
Which is based on an old manga by Tezuka Osamu.
They also made a PS2 game based on that story.
220px-Blood_will_tell.jpg

I played that a few years ago and it was really cool. Sort of a weird Action-RPG/horror game and I really enjoyed it.
The anime had an amazing start too. The premise of the story is just really cool.

Why am I even here in first place?

Just to suffer.

:wd_punned:

On an unrelated note, I started Shibuya Scramble yesterday. It is awesome. You know when there's a suspected criminal, and you exclaimed: "Throw the book at them!"? There is exactly that in this game. Literally.
