I've been away this weekend what did i miss?

Or alternatively, depending on your state of mind, some evil hackers used ChatGPT to hack into Nintendo's servers, steal their designs and now make billions while poor Nintendo is too shocked to file any lawsuits yet (and somehow hasn't done so far years, as this is a really old Early Access title).
Or they could, you know, just revert damn changes because they make no sense!!!
Yeah, everytime there's such a big release the next question is how long it will live.
I really hope that the developers of Palworld don't abandon further development since they already made bank, but invest the money in upgrading their team and therefore the game in the future

A bit out of nowhere but Super Kiwi 64 is getting an update soon. I'm kind of excited as I felt it was a bit too short as it didn't have any replayability like the Toree games.
What's with the rumors about Demon's Souls and Ghost releasing on PC this year? (There's also TLOU2 and GoW that I don't care about)

I saw this as part of the Daniel Twitter post before.
It's not a team of 1 but rather a team of 40 now I believe (in the past it used to be a team of just 5-10 people at Pocketpair), also it cost almost $7 million to make and it took less than 3 years to get the game to this stage.
But yeah hopefully they bring others on board and maybe even overhaul some visuals and some designs.
Over 1.5 million is just insane.

We should talk about Piranha Bytes more. I started venturing into the world of WRPG through Gothic, and till this day I can still vividly remember that masterpiece. Now PB needs help and I really hope they can pull through.
There's something cathartic about seeing a pikachu being put to work on a mine. There's a sweet irony in there somewhere.

But really, given the variety in gameplay, story style and everything across not just FF games as a whole but even only the mainline titles, I think any definition of what makes a Final Fantasy game that encompasses all of them would need to be broader than most genre definitions
I already bought v2 from Stardock. I dont like the fact that they decided to charge customers twice, but you do get a discount if you decide to upgrade from v1.
I don't even remember what the difference is between the two...
But if y'all enjoy customizing Windows, I can't recommend OneCommander enough. 10/10.

Did he play his own game? Because constantly running back and forth between the one town in the game and a few locations, fighting off the same goblins/wolves in the way, got old very fast.

From what I remember, you could designate up to 5 fast travel points of your own with those beacon things.
