Remember when Ubisoft even acknowledged it?If I had any sort of beverage in my mouth I would spit it and and laugh. I just laughed this time.
They don't give a fuck lol. or they just paid too much for the design that they can't throw it away.

As an observation, Days Gone is already between 2nd and 3rd global top seller on Steam.Observation: despite of the EGS summer sale, there is barely any dev or pub advertising their games on sale on EGS, only so far Ive seen on Twitter is the publisher of Mundaun and Stonefly and there is barely any talk about the sale either.
Like, Days Gone is currently on sale on Steam and EGS and the game's Twitter page is only linking to the Steam page and mentioned EGS in the same tweet, but no EGS store page link.
No thread on ERA or r/gamedeals
Basically unless Epic finances coupons noone seems to give a shit, not even devs/pubs themselves. I mean, things can change of course, maybe Epic didn't tell any dev or pub about the summer sale so noone advertises their games on sale there, but yeah.
The absolute majority of pc gamers doesn't care about EGS when there are no coupons or long awaited exclusives. Considering the terrible strategy Epic is using to buy themselves into the pc gaming market, this is the best outcome for us as consumers.Observation: despite of the EGS summer sale, there is barely any dev or pub advertising their games on sale on EGS
... and that lasted for, like, a month ... i remember them doing the first sale shortly after the store launched, lolIt's especially funny when it's the same strategy EGS said they'd never use as it devalues games and the developers' work. lol.
... like Sales too.
It's something that I've thought about, good to know there is a modding scene to it. Though if I was going to get one of these I could prefer if the directional keys were on the right side like the arrow keys on a keyboard. Why am I so tempted to grab this
vsFIGHTER
vsFIGHTER aims to be a smaller, slimmer, and more customizable than bulky traditional arcade controllers. Features: 16 programmable buttons (12 Cherry MX compatible buttons with Kailh hotswaps and 4 menu/auxiliary tactile buttons) USC-C port (cable not include) Open source firmware - comes...leafcutterlabs.com
it seems that some people really like WASD on their arcade stick. There's a big modding scene. I wonder how people like mechanical keys for the rest of it.
I think I'd prefer a Hitbox style layout, but I'm not trying to spend too much.
Is this thing any good if you're only interested in the single player?
Tribes of Midgard? Well that's lame, I'll just treat it an MMO-style game.i basically put it in mind-ignore the moment they said there is no offline
Is that really necessary though? Don't get me wrong, I'd love a new Max Payne game but after the 3rd game his story is finished so it's better to just put that effort into a new IP that somehow evolves the gameplay and storytelling. It is 2oth Max Payne anniversary and it is sad to think that we will reach 30th one without new entry.
Yeah it’s nice! Spotted at least Final Fantasy music and Sonic starlight zone.Videogame music at Olympic opening. What in the world
Yay I noticed Dragon Quest and Monster Hunter. Nice.Yeah it’s nice! Spotted at least Final Fantasy music and Sonic starlight zone.
Any game that has sliding image puzzles instantly goes into my shit listI just finished the worst game I've ever played. Look at this puzzle.
WASD is fine - though I'd say it's like having a hitbox with none of its benefits but when it comes to fighting game controllers preference takes priority over anything - but I'd really just go for a "proper" WASD controller with Sanwa buttons for normal inputs. Why am I so tempted to grab this

THEY ARE PLAYING NIER MUSIC AT TJE OLYMPICS
I agree with this sentiment, preference is king (especially for the directional controls) but for me nothing beats good arcade buttons for the button inputs....

That’s not how Soul Calibur is writtenIs anyone watching the Olympics?

How many of those works were done by the same composer? The committee may have chosen two or three composers and then chosen from their works? That’s not how Soul Calibur is written
No Nintendo then? I thought Mario was part of the marketing for this one.
Not gonna lie, I think mechanical keyboard keys are an awful idea for something like this. A big part of the appeal of arcade sticks for me over the years has been that Sanwa buttons require very little force or depth to trigger, which allows you to make inputs effortlessly and quickly. I guess for someone very used to playing on keyboard, this is probably nice, but I can't see it being on par with a hitbox. Why am I so tempted to grab this

Don't remind me. A spinoff/prequel Mona Sax game would have been amazing. It is 2oth Max Payne anniversary and it is sad to think that we will reach 30th one without new entry.
Shift happens, manSee if you can spot my deliberate mistake in the giveaway.
Yeah, both were fine for me tooOkay, Were Playstation and Steam really down or what? I've just checked my phone and news is saying PSN and Steam are having massive issues but you lot don't seem to have noticed it.
There is still material for another game. Mona Sax story, more Max Payne stories (maybe prequel), Remakes...Is that really necessary though? Akamai (a global content delivery network) suffered a temporary outage yesterday that caused a lot of services to be down. It didn't last very long.Okay, Were Playstation and Steam really down or what?
