Its almost like trying to force your way into a market by blindly throwing millions at anyone who will take is setting yourself up for failure.

Did Epic expect every developer to be on board with them?

i'm like 99.99% sure they did

I'm interested in Cooking Sim but will wait to see if I get a coupon later today considering how many times I had a coupon dropping right after buying a game those last weeks.

I already got one, restarted Steam?

Tequilla Works have always seemed to be right on the edge of economic viability, wouldn't surprise me if they took a money hat from Google/Epic.

Just started Steam now and haven't got anything. Did yours said why you got it? Like "X% for owners of X game', or something?

Edit: Just got the coupon, had to open the chat thing and sign in there.

I'm guessing this is from the makers of Citizens of Earth? Didn't know they were working on a new game.

Yeah that's what I'm thinking too.

Could this be RDR2? I wonder if it’ll get a PC port alongside it.

RDR2 credited Vulkan. Since neither of consoles use that, it's only PC.
People speculated it was for Linux support for PC.

But Stadia is based on Linux & Vulkan...

Would be nice boost for linux if these led to more Linux ports, but that doesn't seem happening. At least Ubisoft doesn't seem to be planning, and thanks to Epic probably even less chances in future.

Damn larian go off

I'm very happy BG3 is confirmed (even more) to have co-op (both local and online) by the Steam listing.

It's interesting that it also has the "multi-player" tags. Could be like D:OS2 which isn't necessarily cooperative.

New Darksiders on Steam and Stadia but not thestorethatshallnotbementioned? It's not DS4 and let's see what E3 brings but to me it looks like themanthatshallnotbementioned will have to bring out the big moneybag-cannons again sooner than later.

Epic is too busy adding genre search. Store pages for these games will come up within 1-6 months, see roadmap.

They probably will during the PC gaming show, you can be sure of that.

Damn what a day!

I've never played Baldur's Gate before I admit nor am I found of Destiny but the news on both is still clearly awesome, particularly with the burn to Epic on both.

Stadia still seems interesting to me.
I'm ok with subscription services as I already use many for other things (Spotify, Netflix, Amazon Prime) and I'll likely use Game Pass for PC, so that's not a fuss for me but in understand the concerns from others.

IF the tech works I think the potential for accessibility and portability could be amazing.
BUT I still need to see more on individual title pricing and what the sub offers on its own for the games selection, plus what MS will offer with its own XCloud in comparison.

Will this also be the date free Destiny comes to Steam?
Also kinda confused if my Character will be able to play the free version and the new addon or is that seperated?

Battlenet version will be removed in September and you have to transfer to Steam to keep playing. You’ll keep your character and DLC

Hm Okay. But still confused about how Shadowkeep for example is standalone? Does that mean new character or will you be able to use your "free" character?
