I just remembered and got nostalgic about that clicking sound when you ran a 3dfx game.
Well, I'm screwed. Are there at least summons in the game? I don't think I soloed a single boss in DS3.
Here's a sneak peak at April's releases, along with a few March release syou may have missed out on
Yes, the Arcade one, Castlevania and Contra to follow ^^The first Konami collection will be also out next month right? If they can do a decent job with the emulator, add cloud, achievements and trading cards, that will be a day one for sure.

We were all filthy pirates back in the day in here weren't we?
I grew up in the 80s with a C64 and a Amiga as my first computers.... you can bet your ass I pirated EVERYTHING... and those sweet sweet crack-tros...

Alright, couldn't help myself but post again on ERA. The irony of Sweeney rambling about "junky asset flips or shock controversy games that are built just to make noise" while not too long ago being shook by Twitter kicking out Alex Jones is just too delicious to not point out.
is that even realistially possible???
Not much point worrying about what Epic might do next, really. We just need to keep playing our games, tackle the backlog and whatnots. There's still plenty of good games next month which will come out on Steam or GOG. Epic can announce a hundred free games tomorrow and I simply couldn't care less.
I too was looking forward to The Outer Worlds and was rather saddened by what EGS has done, but there will be other games worth supporting and probably someday soon, this whole EGS thing will be nothing but a bad dream.
I’m with Tizoc; I can’t even play what I have, what’s available, and what’s coming soon to Steam. The only thing that would upset me is Master Chief Collection, Konami Collections, or Devolver going to EGS.
that last one might still happen
we STILL don't know what's going on with Observation .... store page is gone, steam logo is gone from their website as well ... but Devolver logo is still there
I don't think they are. If Devolver have no interest in doing exclusive releases on PC for a published title, they'll be discussing it with its creators. They can't say anything official until they're ready.I’m with Tizoc; I can’t even play what I have, what’s available, and what’s coming soon to Steam. No online at all.
Devolver release games on GOG too ya know :Vwe'll see what happens ... but they definitely wouldn't nuke their entire steam presence (including the community hub) for that game for no reason

While so far most of those deals were apparently made behind the dev's backs this could be a situation where the devs took the moneyhat and then told their publisher. I assume Devolver, while not going exclusive themselves, wouldn't stand in their way.

It's not like those agreements cannot be broken, backed out of, or altered, and it depends on how iron clad they are in the first place. If Epic is throwing millions of dollars around per game, there are definitely devs who would pay whatever the breach of contract is and still feel like they're coming out ahead, especially if they think exclusivity isn't a negative thing. You guys are giving Devolver too much credit. If the game becomes exclusive (and all signs are pointing to it) it's 100% on them.
After they signed their publishing agreement, they are the ones that handle publishing platforms and whatnot.
I mean, for other games that turned out EGS time exclusives, we kept saying "oh poor developers, this is all on the publisher, the developers had no say in this, nor were they informed", and now because it's a publisher that has a bit an irreverent image, are we seriously going for "poor publisher, this is all on the developer, they were the ones that choose how/where the game would be published"? That's not how publishing works. All this is on the publisher.
Devolver is as willing to take the money as any other company.
I know you guys like their image and quirky stunts, but it's still Mike Wilson's company, a guy who is willing to do anything for a quick buck. Yeah, the guy who made the "John Romero's about to make you his bitch" campaign for Daikatana, that pretty much killed Romero's career. He's the guy behind former publisher Gamecock, who kept releasing poor, if not downright broken games, and pulling crap like that stunt at the 2007 Spike Video Game Awards, where they interrupted Ken Levine's acceptance speech on stage (and other poor stunts at E3).
I know with Devolver, people started eating his shtick, because they managed to publish some worthwhile games, but again, they are in it to make money, and they are as willing to take Epic's money as anyone else.
Now I'm offendedwe already knew that![]()
