Between TOCS3 and P5R I'm in jrpg heaven right now. As for FF7 I'll have to wait until my brother finishes his copy, I can't afford the game and playing all 3 at the time would be crazy anyway

I will prioritize RE3 when it's out though. Thanks again to Eternal Queen for the neverending generosity, can't wait to kick some zombie ass with Jill.

Oh I platinumed the Ps4 ver way back at release. I just want it on PC so I can have it forever as opposed to a console whose ecosystem may or may not be backwards compatible.

Also, I'd like to play it better. Cheatengine, graphics options, and downsampling would go a long way in P5.

Every one likes to dunk on one another from time to time and it can be fun as well (so long as no true I'll will is intended)

I wanted to get the CE since there will be new art, the OST (which I think it comes with?) Will have some different songs this time around I imagine. But other than that the mask (which seems to be the big ticket item this time around) looks meh. I think it only cost me something like $78USD for the while thing since I got it from Best Buy. Which is not not seeing how other people are not impressed with the western CE this time around.


As for the game itself it was better than I thought and the combat was good and the art style had flair. As for why people praise it to the moon and back that is not something that I am sure about.



From my understanding the ending of Persona 5 leads to Persona 5S (aka Persona 5-2?) But other wise the new content in P5R just makes the game P5.5 rather than P5-2.

I do plan to play P5S at some point and that was why I was not sure if I should finish P5. I stopped playing during the 11th in game month.

It's been nearly 4 months since their latest PC port, even if it's a game most don't care about (Super Monkey Ball).

Other than that, it's possible the studios that have been handling their PC ports have just been busy with their own projects.
The studio that handled the Yakuza 0 and Kiwami ports was busy last year with their own Snooker game, but at the start of this year they teased that they started working on 3 new projects, it's likely that at least one of them could be a SEGA project (if not all 3, like, Yakuza 3/4/5).

No idea, I forgot I had it on my wishlist. It was a kickstarter game from 2014.

My favourite thing to do in Prey is morph into a coffee cup to fit through the little slot to get into security rooms.

Prey is really good. I think i kind of got a bit lost/didnt pay attention the first time i played it. This time i feel that i get what im doing and where im going and im enjoying it a lot. Its a well thought out game. Runs great, controls are good, story is interesting. Near the end now and as its new game + i feel better prepared to take on the enemies.

Be interesting to see how the MW2 remaster compares to the original considering it's $20 with no MP and you can still get the original from Steam...

Yeah Into The Breach and Agents of Mayhem are the only two im interested in.

I’d buy the bundle just because of the donation if I had money (and if Humble supported CAD for bundles instead of just their store) though.

So if I wanted to play P5S and see what P5 ending lead to P5S I would need to finish P5 since P5R does something else and that ending will not lead to P5S?


or is it still the same thing?

I guess the best thing I can compare this to is say Star Wars Episode 6. Darth Vader dies in that, with P5 lets say Vader dies and that leads to Episode 7, but in this "new/extended" version of Episode 6 lets say that Vader did not end up dying and instead did something like teach Luke more about the Force or something along those lines? Would that still lead up to the same episode 7?


Also ATLUS is just milking this aren't they? I mean they could have waited and done P5S after they made P5R and just went with that ending or what ever?

Vanilla P5's ending dosn't lead to anything, they probably weren't even planning the sequel at the time, it's 100% conclusive.

They did this before though? Persona 4 Golden and Arena came out months apart but Golden’s new content wasn’t acknowledged in Arena. However later spinoffs like Arena Ultimax addressed this. Persona Q, and Dancing also integrate Golden’s new story elements.

P5R is canon, but we probably wont actually see this in future Persona content until Persona 5 Arena if they make one.
