made a thread for the beth thing
As there is no Human Head Studios anymore who publishes Rune 2 now?sure looks like it ...
also - since they closed down and got hired (NOT bought by bethesda) ... i guess that means there will be no updates to Rune II on EGS ... or a steam release next year
no one, apparently ...As there is no Human Head Studios anymore who publishes Rune 2 now?
sure seems like itSo HH took the EGS bucks and bailed quick.
pretty sure those are just the "influencers" playing and streamingI'm not celebrating failure or anything. Rune was one of the first PC games I fell in love with as a kid.
But damn, this thing just straight up died on release day.
He probably knew HHS were in dire straights when he offered them the EGS deal. And technically they delivered, Rune 2 is a game that was released on EGS. Terms met. That its a sorry looking game that is likely not gettting any support is a whole other issue.Lol, do you guys/girls think Tim knew about that?
this is confusing
i am pretty sure that Human Head just released Rune 2 on Early EGSess
yeah ... talk about bullet dodged, geezYeah, clearly, I made the right call.
Yeah, no, get out of there asap (not sure if you can right now), I'm sure MS gets some use out of the telemetry data of f'd systems but why bother if you aren't writing bug reports and aren't really testing it? Even I (an expert!1) usually ain't touching the Windows Insider program with my main OS.I'm not really that computer saavy other than building my own and installing my own stuff so knowing why stuff behaves a certain way can be a headache.
Get off my lawn !I can't wait for Age of empires 4, those games are my childhood... I still remember my grandpa teaching me to play the first one when I was a kid.
So if someone buys Rune II, who'll get the money ? 100% to Epic ?no one, apparently ...
until the guaranteed sales run out, after that? ... maybe epic will delist the game.So if someone buys Rune II, who'll get the money ? 100% to Epic ?
Me too ! 3.50Alright Li Kao I stepped up my red wine game, bought a bottle for 3 euros!
Wait. What.I can start a thread cheering on violence and hypocracy and trolling if you'd like.....
Jk,
Alright Li Kao I stepped up my red wine game, bought a bottle for 3 euros!
Top tip - If you open a cheap bottle of wine and let it breathe for a day it (sometimes) tastes a bit better!Me too ! 3.50
But I'm half convinced this is the same shit that used to be 2.50 and just a result of the usual customer ass-fuckery.
GTFO with that shit, who doesn't love a fine glass of vinegar ?Top tip - If you open a cheap bottle of wine and let it breath for a day it (sometimes) tastes a bit better!
There is such a thing as too cheap though.
Indeed, I like wine but am not a total snob and you can get good stuff under 10€. But a) you gotta know what's what and b) I have yet to drink anything under 5€ that I'd recommend, that shit's usually the Bad Rats of wine and I'd honestly rather not buy a bottle for a week and save up. Depends on the country of course, no idea what to buy in the US for example and if wine is more expensive or cheaper there. There is such a thing as too cheap though.
This is seriously disturbing. The Dark Souls of metaphor.grinning-face-with-smiling-eyes,
Yeah, I turned it off but it still wants to download the 1909 insider update (which is different from the one it installed afaict). I just paused updates in the meantime.Yeah, no, get out of there asap (not sure if you can right now), I'm sure MS gets some use out of the telemetry data of f'd systems but why bother if you aren't writing bug reports and aren't really testing it? Same. I only drink Water and Soda. My stomach cannot physically handle alcohol.Since we are talking about anything but games ( ), fun fact: I don't drink alcoholic beverages. Nothing. Not even beer.
I have an insane dislike for the smell of alcoholic beverages, that makes me not even want to try them.
At my wedding, I was "forced" to drink a small amount (less than a third of a glass) of champagne, and I had to drink almost a litre of water and coke to wash the taste off my mouth.
Cheers!Me too ! 3.50

I do usually drink a bottle during three days, and I just leave it in the open, expect for the cork, but I don't fridge it. And yeah I do enjoy as much rest of the days as the first.Top tip - If you open a cheap bottle of wine and let it breath for a day it (sometimes) tastes a bit better!

Thankfully, I think in France cheap wine can be alright. But yeah under 2.5 it's a disaster but already by 3 euro it's enjoyable. Best wine I ever had was a 10 year old wine I bought for only 9 euro.Indeed, I like wine but am not a total snob and you can get good stuff under 10€. Hence the nameEven I (an expert!1)
My uncle died a few years ago and he was a bit of a wine collector and so we had a few bottles of fancy stuff which we drank. Some of them were very delicious and smooth but to be honest a few were no different to any cheepo bottle.Best wine I ever had was a 10 year old wine I bought for only 9 euro.
Popeyes body slamming thread. Honestly, not impt, just an example of why I left and why I think less people are active overall, hypocrisy sucks.Wait. What.
Haha. I see you caught my post before I had time to fix it.This is seriously disturbing. The Dark Souls of metaphor.
edit - I shouldn't have googled mouths for eyes.
Haha yeah, I heard of a study about wine and it's prices. People generally thought a wine tasted better if they knew the price was higher, no matter what the actual quality of the wine was.My uncle died a few years ago and he was a bit of a wine collector and so we had a few bottles of fancy stuff which we drank. I think at a certain point wine is a bit like art, Some of its worth the extra price, some of its just pretentious people inflating its worth.
To be fair that's human nature and applies to a lotttt of things, not just wine.Haha yeah, I heard of a study about wine and it's prices. People generally thought a wine tasted better if they knew the price was higher, no matter what the actual quality of the wine was.
Yeah I know, I'm not against the concept or the human trait. It's like sex, the more special you think it is the better it feels! To be fair that's human nature and applies to a lotttt of things, not just wine.
Imma bout to blow Meta's mind;Haha yeah, I heard of a study about wine and it's prices. People generally thought a wine tasted better if they knew the price was higher, no matter what the actual quality of the wine was.
Downvote downvote downvote downvote....I drink wine, but not beer. I hate the taste of beer. I really want to drink beer, but the taste is terrible.
Ive never been drunk in my life despite that I drink at times (usually at parties), I like to have full control over my body and actions.
Beer has enough variety that there is no real "beer taste".I drink wine, but not beer. I hate the taste of beer. I really want to drink beer, but the taste is terrible.

Well, not a single beer I have tasted has tasted good enough for me to keep drinking more than 1 sip.Beer has enough variety that there is no real "beer taste".
Wild ales taste nothing like stouts which taste nothing like saisons.
I'm on same *boat". Never could tolerate the smell or taste of alcohol. Made for some annoying moments in my college years because people couldn't understand that I simply didn't like it.Since we are talking about anything but games ( ), fun fact: I don't drink alcoholic beverages. Nothing. Not even beer.
