So Stadia won't have an achievements UI on launch, but will still track cheevos behind the scenes, no buddy pass on launch, have to use your phone to buy games, no family sharing so they recommend you to just buy a second copy.

Reminds me of early VR days and not in a good way. Even worse, the benefit of Stadia is a bit muddled vs "HOLY SHIT I"M ON TOP A OF SKYSCRAPER".

I hate it when my bank or credit card company doesn't let me buy stuff. I tried to get Jedi Fallen Order and it rejected the purchase. I'll try again tomorrow, but this sucks  Stupid fucking companies, it's not enough to have all the money in the world, you have to piss your customers off too?

I do wonder what the pricing expectations will be for games coming late to Steam. Pubs are gonna want full price and people are not gonna have it. Some games that labeled themselves EA might get away with it.

I like Remedy, and Control seems like a fun game. Maybe something I would have considered day and date. I'm gonna need a good discount now unless it comes to gamepass first or something.

There is no dignity in wearing a snuggie.

Look how pathetic and stupid it looks. This is me right now but like three times as ugly. Pathetic. :cryingwhyblob::blushblob:

It's Nov 13 and I've been reduced to wearing a snuggie. I'd dance for March weather right now. (dont sleep on march people, its got some major pluses)

Just make sure your M.2 heatsinks make contact with the controller and not the actual flash memory. The memory will have a longer lifetime when used at higher temps (60C-ish), while the controller will have a shorter lifetime at those temps (thus a heatsink is better for it).

This may shock you but I don't drink any form of alcohol, never have and I have no plans to do so. The stuff smells bad. I never even drank the wine stuff that they have at church. I also don't drink coffee, I don't do energy drinks. I have tried tea a few times in the past and the stuff just taste nasty, I am not sure how British people are able to drink that stuff. I drank Black Tea (I wanted to throw up), I drank Chai (I think it was that or maybe it was some other sort of tea that originates in some part of Asia) I also wanted to throw up. There are other teas that I have tried as well and I I didn't like them. I live in the part of California that is known for it's Vineyards (I even have family that has worked in some of the vineyards) and all that I know about Wine (Wine is not emulation, ha.....) is about the Pinot noir stuff which seems to be what we grow the most of.

Also I don't smoke or do drugs or anything like that. Stuff like pot is legal in California but I am still sort of surprised by how open some people are about talking about that sort of stuff.

When I was younger I didn't not really like drinking water but now that is one of the main things that I drink. I do drink sodas as well, I don't drink them as much as I use to but I will maybe drink a can or two every week (12 oz can). Oh and I love to drink Orange Juice the stuff can be expensive (I remember drinking Sunny D, which I guess was really cheap stuff but now I drink the Minutemaid stuff, now that is stepping it up?) I do think those Aloe drinks do taste pretty good and I like how they have chunks of fruits in them.

What I think I drink the most of has to be milk. I think I may drink an unhealthy amount of the stuff. It taste good. 2% milk taste good, I think I drink about 1-2 gallons of the stuff a week.

I think it's from France, Sparkling Pink Lemonade taste great. Thank you France for that great product.

Well at least I don't have to worry about passing a drug test/driving under the influence

It reminds me of another recent client/storefront utterly devoid of the most basic of features. You can't expect a new storefront to let you buy games from the desktop/TV client. They need time to catch up!

I would basically expect very few announcements at this stage for anything coming this year, 2020 and beyond only IMO. It's too late and too close to the big buying season (Christmas) for any sizable developer to release anything and get it publicized. That said, on the indie front nothing is sane so who knows what will happen?

Post or link don't just tease and run.

It was something about 505 playing 4D chess with Control, along the lines of 'it doesnt matter they arent selling jackshit right now if they got a payment upfront'. I honestly lost the original tweets so~

Less than 24 hours until Jedi and well I guess Valve is rolling out the red carpet for the game. Some other games might have had this but the banner has a timer on it. Now that is special.

KT if Ryza was not such a mess at launch... maybe it also could have gotten a banner? Okay maybe not since the day it came out I think was when Jedi got it's store page.

Okay, so the Star Wars game will be out at 9PM PST this Thursday (tomorrow) now that is nice. So I can play the game tomorrow and the best part is that I have Friday off, and that is also when my Death Stranding CE should arrive in the mail.
-
Also I like the way this is done compared to how some other games will release it at 10AM PST the day of the game release

So, Black Desert prequel MMORPG, Pokemon-like MMORPG, some kind of weird action shooter MMORPG, everything was MMORPG.

It looks like that Paranoia RPG is delayed to December.

Found the tweet:

Delaying a game on the release day. :blobxorcism:
It seemed worrying for the game when Critical Role was supposed to have a stream playing the game a few weeks ago but that got delayed until closer to release.

Looks like it is coming back to Steam. I don't remember it was delisted from Steam.
I found more information on the re-release
The re-release will be available on Steam and Playism for $19.99, but launch with a two week-long 40 percent-off sale. Users who already own the original release of Croixleur Sigma will also receive a 60 percent-off coupon for the re-release, which can be stacked on top of the sale price.

Excited to see if they make meaningful changes to the BDO formula with Crimson Desert and what it's release means for BDO in general.
Monster designs in DokeV look pretty bad but the colorful world seems great.

Stadia having an anemic library and basically no features is unsurprising.

Expect future / soon-to-be-announced streaming services to follow that "lead" on features.
Interesting. So I'm guessing that these companies are trying to beat each other to the market and secure a foothold before anyone else does?

Olly Moss looks like is getting ready for a new release, if you ask me this is more likely to be In the Valley of Gods than HLVR, however, HLVR will be announced before In the Valley of Gods, we will see, tho :coffee-blob:

Gifted AoE2 DE to my father and he's happy, although he can't stop talking about how the pre-load is 12GB and he still has his CDs from decades ago that barely had one GB.

He's pretty excited to play it though, and X019 will be the first gaming event he is going to watch live (I think) since AoE IV will be there. I'm happy for him.
