I'm not a jaded person but many of the games shown in the Xbox stream didn't interest me at all. Wasteland 3 looks cool, but I'm still lukewarm on it because playing through Wasteland 2 was kind of a slog.

The Indie reel looks good if you haven't seen many of them, but between Lash/Mor new releases thread and Tizoc's highlight threads, I've seen most of them already.

It's cool if you like Gamepass and xCloud, I guess.



EDIT: I forgot to mention the most heart-rending part of the stream: Obsidian making that survival/multiplayer thing. How the mighty has fallen.

So I used my gamepass ultimate to get a Discord Nitro sub, and the Nitro sub gave me an extra 2 months of GP Ultimate.

So you need an xbox console for nitro. Then you must not be european for spotify.

Yeah, I'm not a fan either.

That game has no business being developed by Obsidian. The fact that it's a survival game only makes it worse, as it'll need constant updates overtime. Hopefully it won't affect their main RPG project, as they only stationed a dozen of people or so from what I've read.

Imagine if the game somehow explodes in popularity like Apex did. You can bet that team size of 13 won't stay at 13 if that happens. People WILL get transferred over.

Now about the nice perks that you probably won't have access to for reasons (you are not American, you have no xbox console, you have two ears, we don't like your eyes color), I just found another MS tweet saying that, for Discord Nitro, Ultimate subscribers without a console can contact support.
The tweet being accompanied by a shortened URL that doesn't work.

I'm really not sure I have it in me to continue this quest for the ghostly perks.

So Xcloud support is coming to Gamepass. The way they said it at their show sounded like you will be able to stream the entire gamepass library to wtvr device you want. And if it doesn't increase the monthly price of GP then that would be some insane value.

First they said you don't need a console anymore to play Xbox exclusives.

Soon you won't even need a PC to play them + you get a bunch of other 3rd party games from their library.

So what will be the final form of all this cloud stuff? Will they just sell AR glasses and beam that shit into your eyeballs so you won't need phones/tablets either?

Microsoft is going all in with this Game Pass and XCloud business. They see that PC has become a mature audience thanks to Steam, and it's time to reap them.

less than 3 hours until I can play Jedi.

Also I have tried Cream Soda and I thought it was decent.

So for the job I will actually be getting paid $13.50USD an hour. I may also get overtime.

I asked the person why they choose to give me an interview. They said that since I already had work experience that I already knew what the value of a job is (so I actually show up to work and most of the places I have on my resume I have worked at for at least 1 year).

The fact that I have some knowledge of graphic design also seemed to get his attention. I forget the exact reason that he gave me but it was along the lines of being knowledgeable of software or something like that.


My job is to take molds (impressions?) that dentist take of their patients teeth, 3D scan them and then to just clean up the image. So I have to make sure that no big pieces of teeth and stuff are missing and if need be I will need to but part of the mold in order to get a better 3D image.

Also it took 505 a while but they updated the DS Steam page
