TBH, I’m not sure Steam would’ve helped them much, TD2 might’ve been less of a flop, Anno might’ve sold a dozen k more copies, but Breakpoint is a turd no matter where it sells.

I wonder if they will "admit being wrong" and go back to Steam and do their regular thing.
I mean if Epic would let them they could sell on Uplay,Steam, and EGS and then sell (an improved since it seems to have issues right now) Uplay+ premium on Uplay and then a Uplay lite subscription on Steam.
I have mentioned this before but will Steam sort of turn into Amazon Video where you can buy movies, you can get movies as part of your Amazon Prime membership and that you can also buy membership for other through the service. By buying it through the service you don't get all the feature of buying it from the provider but I think you get it at a reduced cost and the convenience of having everything in one place. Others also sort of do something like it, Hulu does it
Yea last month they revised it while also delaying a bunch of their games from spring into late next year or 2021 I guess.
Overall not a good year for Ubisoft.
Didn't help them not having a new AssCreed this fall.

Seeing EA's Star Wars game on EGS is unexpected. I guess EA got a phone call from Sweeney after they announced their partnership with Steam.

They’re 100% having a Fortnite X Star Wars crossover for Episode IX (They added a bunch of skins in an update a few days ago but they were super heavily encrypted so people couldnt data mine, which only happens with crossover skins.) and this was probably a side deal.
Also the stormtrooper skin (that can be bought ingame for 1500vbuck so its not even exclusive to Fallen Order) is apart of a set and has its own rarity, so its definitely not the only Star Wars item coming. Same thing happened with Avengers Endgame’s crossover event which is also a Disney IP.
There's very few games ill drop over £50 on.

And after watching the comments on the official Tweet announcing the game for such store, I can see why Disney would want that, no one fucking cared about the game, it was all about the stormtrooper skin and if it was available for PS4 and Xbox, and half of the comments were "Use the code: XXXX on the fortnite store"

they won't update the regional prices ... they did the same thing with Indivisible - people have been practically begging them for MONTHS to fix the pricing ... they just ignored everyone
You know, for a monopoly, Steam sure makes some dumb moves by letting people put their games wherever they want, even in locations where Steam makes no money but still eats the operation cost of downloads.
Monopolies — still surprising after all these years.

I don't think it gets to San Andreas levels but you do look chunkier from the comparison pictures i've seen.
