Finally started Mario+Rabbids (#ItalianPride), seems super fun, and so far I'm digging the battles much quicker than XCOM, and the explorable world.

Tried Subnautica, for like an hour, and I really don't see the appeal. Probably because I'm scared shitless of diving IRL?

72 hrs 58 mins into AC: Odyssey. Level 39. Still just going around the map since it's so distracting.

Guys, I did the unthinkable: I actually played a game I bought in the recent seal sale.
And I even finished it!

Anyway, I played Transference. It's a weird, twisted adventure game by Ubisoft and Elijah Wood's production company.
It's a game clearly thought out as a VR experience (and it should be a trip to play it in VR), but since I lack the hardware, I played it in its non-VR version, and it's still a short (around 3 hours), compelling, trippy experience.

Still playing Hitman 2.
I finally completed the last of the Holiday Hoarders challenges, but it was a bit of a disaster.
I forgot I was carrying an axe, and... well, let's just say instead of putting a guy to sleep, I may have hit him with an axe in the face, and my score was a disaster.
So much for "silent assassin". :p

Finished game number 2 of the year.
I probably already matched the number of games I completed last year. :p

Anyway, I played through The Haunted Island, a Frog Detective Game, a short (1 hour) adventure game, with simple gameplay, catchy jazz soundtrack, and an art style I really enjoyed.
It's a charming little game.
Apparently, this will be the first in a series of games featuring the Frog Detective, I look forward to check the upcoming games.

Look out all, I will take the number 1 spot!
Wait what, I'm number 2? Lmao. I hadn't actually looked at the Hall of Fame before.
Guess I'll need to play some more now :p

Let's see, I have just finished Lost in Vivo and Shadow of the Tomb Raider, really liked both of those and right now I'm playing Call of Duty: Ghosts because why not? the more variety of games I play, the better, who knows what will come next, finishing Yakuza 0 for the third time, maybe?

At the moment playing Smash Bros and Forza Horizon 4. I keep trying to play Red Dead Redemption 2 but get bored with it and I really liked RDR1.

Went back to Vampyr yesterday (after abandoning it since launch) and it finally clicked. I ended up pumping ~11 hours into it

Currently on Chapter 3 and boy it's getting interesting!

I've been playing some more Book of Demons. I decided to start again with a Warrior in Roguelike mode, as I had some pretty bad luck with the cards on my first character.

Almost at the third boss now and haven't died yet, Throw + Heal and the various green cards for getting back some hearts are really over-powered.
Unfortunately I clicked on 2 fountains by mistake and didn't get the achievements for roguelike mode without fountains

I'll probably try again with the Archer next time, as it has some pretty good combos as well.

Over the weekend, some more Rocket League on PC. I've also started playing Bleed which is a pretty quirky platformer/twin stick shooter hybrid. It's been pretty fun so far. Lastly, some Downwell on PC since it was recently patched.

I play lots of things at once:

  • Pathfinder (110 hours in)
  • Detroit Become Human
  • Gears 2
  • Sundered
  • Assembly Required
  • Rayman Origins
  • Golem
  • COD: Black Ops 2
  • Gris
  • Oneshift
  • The Way
  • Night in the Woods
Post automatically merged:

I think Superflight and I broke up. Obtaining 20k and 40k is killing me.

You can just play really super safe, stay away from the walls, around the edge and just grind the achievements by constantly jumping worlds.

Finished the campaign in Book of Demons. Yup, I defeated Archdemon. I reached to him without dying once. Before facing Archdemon I resupplied all my potions. But I would never have guess that Archdemon had so many life bars and so many minions. I used more than half of my health potions before reaching down half of his health. Then I conserved the health potions and got down the last health bar. But I died!!! But then some kind of rage was activated and I could still fight. So I fought with what had left and finally defeated Archdemon!!

Just finished Bladed Fury and thanks again for the game The Queen

The game is rather short, which is exactly what I like nowadays. I beat the game under three hours. Lovely art style, lovely fighting and cool bosses. Really enjoyed it!

A few days ago I started and finished Donut County nice short game.

Now I'm playing Night in the Woods I'm really enjoying the vibe of the game. I think I'm close to the end but I might do a second playthrough to see the events I missed.

Been playing a bit of Book of Demons as well. Just beat the floor 20 boss.

Is this the first of 7 games/books? The menu screen has 7 podiums and the achievement section has 7 tabs.

Copious amounts of R6 Siege still.

Sleepy Dogs: Definitive Edition. Slapped a ReShade in their tonight and set up some basics, I'll fine tune it more tomorrow and begin a playthrough earnestly soon. I hope to get all the achievements or at least 90%!

I want to start a VN soon so that I am reading something in spare moments. I think I will roll some dice or use a RNG tool to randomly pick one.

I always heard good things about that one, can you describe the type of this game in your words? Is it something like Oxenfree?

I'm doing unhealthy amounts of BF5, with some PUBG from time to time, and War Thunder reminding me that it's the only somewhat fun tank game I've got right now.
On the SP front, I just started DOOM VFR, finished Bright Memory Episode 1 EA content, and I'm going to start Moss, since I just got it for my birthday and it looks really cool (plus more use for the good old WMR headset).

I'm still playing games from my backlog. Have been playing Amnesia: the dark descent the past few days, such a wonderful game! It's one of the first games that actually scares me.

I 've also started a new vortex campaign with the vampire pirates in total war Warhammer 2. That game is so addictive!

Since i haven't played Oxenfree I don't know how/if they compare.

As for what type of game it's a storydriven game (without going to much in detail) about that period of time when you "start being an adult" (18~Early 20s) in which you follow this loop:
Wake Up --> Explore city (which slowly opens up) --> hangout with your friends.
I don't know if that helps you or not.

Putting Darksiders on hold in favour for Xanadu Next. The game is not controller friendly game. I think it was made with keyboard and mouse in mind. There are many doors in the dungeons that you require keys to unlock. Most keys are to be bought from a shop which makes you grind a lot for money to buy them. So there is a lot traveling back to the town. Almost all doors in the dungeons require a key to open.
I got tired of this and used Cheat Engine to give me infinite number of keys

I started another playthrough of The House in Fata Morgana (once I'm done I'll move on, promise! Plus I still have to play the sequel). I'm also playing the expansion for the first Call of Duty, Redout (the second vehicle tier is pretty hard for me) and Celeste for the second time (already finished it on Switch, though just the story; those B-sides are impossible, and I didn't find all the collectibles).

Everyone who likes platformers should try Celeste. It's absolutely amazing.

Over the weekend, I finished Bleed on Normal which turned out to be a fun mix of platforming, twin-stick shooting and acting all like Neo from the Matrix. It's the first game I've beaten in 2019

The game was so fun and challenging that I'm going back to it so I can unlock the rest of the achievements.
