Nice. Does it hold up? Seems like it was pretty advanced for its time based on the snippets I read about it.
Haven't bought it yet, myself. But, a few years ago, I randomly stumbled across somebody recommending this tune with atmospheric sounds:

And I got really into trying to find a way to play the game. I came pretty close to picking up a 3rd-party physical version when there started to be some rumblings of this possibly getting scooped up. People said the source code was missing, so it was iffy.

But, here it is!

From the makers of Kerbal Space Program.
Maybe an indication that paddles/more input will become standard next-gen.
I'm all for it. Maybe more input will lead to more complex games across the board.

I’ve just started Idle Master and apparently I have 1400 cards to drop...that’s around 4k rubles if I’m being decently conservative with my estimation, think I’m set for this season’s seal.
I should fire arch back up and see if I have any left from before black friday.
edit: 11 cards.. whoa, where the helld they come from

Ok, so my brand new custom pre-built computer showed up today! 6 days early even! 😀

And suddenly, when I go to "Can I run it?" my computer reaches the recommended settings pon pretty much all games!!!
I even reach at least minimum of the rumored Cyberpunk 2077 requirements!

There will be good times ahead, for sure! 😀

More than half the regions get a worse price than the US.

The price is too good here in Brazil, so I just bought before they change their minds.

Russia pricing still good, but Argentina pricing took a complete 180 compared to RE2R. It's usually Argentina, Russia and Brazil that has the best regional prices.

And why is Israel pricing so high for many games?

Will pre-order when I wake up tommorrow. Hopefully the prices doesn't get fixed.

They dropped a teaser trailer to give a sort of overall theme to what you'll sort of be doing in Ostranauts and kind of build hype for it and I think it's pretty cool
(The person behind Neoscavenger, which is one of my favorite games)

Ostranauts is basically set in outerspace at the same time as when you're on earth in Neoscavenger, It's pretty cool for what they're going to do for a second game. Well at least I think it is, or well hope

And that's Resident Evil 3 Remake bought.

Decided to just buy the game. So now it's Animal Crossing and TLOU2 left for Q1 2020 of games I know I will play day 1 that I have to pre-order.

Other than that I have already pre-ordered Cyberpunk, HLA and Doom Eternal. Ori will be played on PC game pass first and Steam sale down the line.

FFVII Remake and Nioh 2 will be waiting for an eventual PC port. Made the mistake of buying Nioh day 1 on PS4, but didn't have time to play it until the PC version was out and Q1 2020 is stacked as it is.

Congrats! Now to the obligatory installing demanding and good looking games to watch the screen at awe in 😅

Downunder.
Probably one of the best decades ever in videogames, let's pick the safest and most boring choice.
This decade is fucked if it's defined by this poor imitation of 'cinematic experience' and not by countless of other games which are more deserving in furthering videogames both as an art form and technology discipline.

Holy shiiiet. That's almost the double of RE2 price at launch.

On one hand, I'm glad that I have no interest in the franchise. But on the other hand, this doesn't bode well with their future offerings on Steam. If they don't bother to update this pricing, we might as well say goodbye to Capcom regional pricing for 2020 onward.

Ya know, if there's one thing that NISA are good at with PC - at least they seem to have good regional pricing!

It's like every publisher is teaming up to push me away from gaming.

I must be pissed if it's a year or two ago, but nowadays? I'll gladly retire from gaming if it ends up like this.

At this point, it's only a matter of time until everyone abandons regional pricing on Steam (and other digital stores).

yeah, pretty much ... at this point i don't think there's even one big publisher that still does decent regional pricing

they're all trying to squeeze the poorest countries as much as possible

... and now indies are slowly starting to join in

gotta love capitalism

Lols, unless Atari are offering cash upfront, no sane individual is going to go Atari exclusively. It's not the 88/12 that gets them, it's the moneyhat.
hopefully

Funny how they only mention Steam's cut when this train wreck of a console is up against Microsoft and Sony. Got an axe to grind IGN?

Well, if pubs insist on this regional pricing policy I guess piracy will come back in force. Can’t say I will shed a tear.
yeah, pretty much this ... if they expect all those people to just buy those games at those prices (or wait until they're on sale) then they're infor a rude awakening

Capcom has been like this for a while though, at least in my case. There are still games with great regional pricing (mostly indie games) and people should support those.

Koei Tecmo priced their games really well in my case but who knows if they'll change their stance on it. Honestly, none of these companies will get any money out of me if they think I'll buy them at way higher prices than what they should be, I'll just pirate or look at other games. If that hurts their bottom line then so be it, they deserve it.

i imagine that's exactly what the vast majority of people who were previously buying those games in those countries will do

The more I think about it, I think the CS4 localization will be day and date with PC... in 2021.

NISA knows that the game won't do as well as CS3, so they'll want to maximize their returns and minimize their marketing. 2020 will be about porting CS3 and getting Ys IX translated, while 2021 will be CS4 releasing on PC/PS4/Switch all the same day.

F for Ys IX though, I'm guessing that'll also be 2021 for PC.
