I don't have this kind of friends sadlyWell, I just got it for 10€ cause' it was a friend of mine, most people are selling it for higher prices
I have seen people selling from 20 dollars up to 45 dollars. It's insane that people would buy at 45 dollars
I did not realize that it is the same dude who is behind:
- A Short Hike (IGF Grand Prize and IGF Audience Award)
- Pitfall Planet (an obscure indie game which I had noticed a long time ago).
Ok, so initial impressions from W101 PC port.
It's a straight WiiU port, barebones graphical options, no AA, but runs well with 60fps cap. game is worth 40€, port is not

Arbitrary is in there if I'm not mistaken, I swear I have seen 1050p
You can enable AA wth NVIDIA Inspector in case you have a NVIDIA GPU. AA-flag is the same as the Bayonetta/Vanquish one: 0x000012C5

Steam doesn't like me.
I'm level 118, I own thousands of games, and it's been years, years, since I saw a booster pack.
And, don't get me started on foil cards.
A while back I bought like 50000 gems or so, to craft badges daily, and sell the cards.
I crafted a ridiculous amount of boosters. I didn't get a single foil card.
2 months or so crafting boosters daily for a couple of games, and I didn't get one lousy foil card.
I really don't get it with boosters.
I hear about people getting boosters frequently, some once a month, some almost once a week.
I don't get one in a full year! It's ridiculous.
Owning them is not enough, you also need to play them
(To be precise, you can only get boosters for games that don't have any card drops remaining).
And then it's also reliant on other people actually crafting badges.
And then add a good old dose of RNGesus on top.

But, I do play plenty, until all cards drop.
And, considering how few people own some of the games I play, I would have guessed the chances of getting a booster pack would be decent.
I'll repeat what I said before: I got booster packs with a decent frequency when I was level 20 or 30, and while in theory increasing the level should have granted me additional odds to get boosters, the actual result was that as I increased my level, the number of boosters I receive decreased, to a point where they just stopped.
I think I get 1-2 packs every two month. And I am level 50.
There is another page full with booster packs. I haven't sold nor unpacked the booster packs, too lazy to sell them.

Last year, there were news that Bandai Namco registered the trademarks for Klonoa Encore, Splatterhouse Encore, Mr. Driller Encore, and a few more.
Mr. Driller is coming next month to PC, but so far I haven't heard anything about the others.
Since a few of you have some insight, through industry or press connections, or for whatever reason, about upcoming games and ports, and keep dropping hints about what's to come, do make my day, and please let me know (even if it's through a PM, I won't tell) if 2010's Splatterhouse game is indeed coming to PC. Or, if Splatterhouse Encore will be a re-release of the original game instead (which would seriously suck, considering the 2010 game includes the original trilogy as an unlockable).
I've been having the urge to replay the game, but sadly my Xbox 360 is gone for good, so I'm out of luck.
I wish companies made more of their library available, in as many platforms as possible.
I mean, this is a 10 year old game, and I can't buy it on the PC.
Why don't these publishers have a small team, just porting and re-releasing games? They are earning nothing from many of their back catalogue, when they could be earning some extra revenue from it.
I wouldn't need further features, or content, just a "barebone" port of the game.

Replay of Half-Life 2 done. Great game. A thought that came in my mind in the last three chapters and with Parasite in mind is escalation in video games. How is the curve and how is it framed. Lots of games obviously do that by making you stronger and making stronger enemies appear. I want to say in quite a few games that just happens because it is what has to happen. While it happens here, too, Half-Life 2 frames it with the civil unrest which brings a lot of stronger enemy units to the front.
But I think someone a lot smarter than me should say more about that topic.

Sorry for bumping my question, but I see Gamesplanet has a decent price for the upcoming Mortal Kombat 11 collection.I noticed a new version of Mortal Kombat 11 is coming soon, that includes an upcoming expansion.
For those that follow the game, may I ask:
Does the following bundle (Aftermath Kollection) include all DLCs available so far, or would I need to buy anything else?

A question about freesynch, if I dont use vsynch and dont get tearing; does that mean its working?

Think it's my first point and click game. Really enjoyed it. Nice premise, interesting story, good music and good design. Took me 2 hours.

I think I get a booster pack about once every two weeks or so, maybe a little shorter than that actually? I'm level 65.

One of the things I didn't like about w101 is that it's moving too fast. Mainly the text parts. I have with Japanese dub and English text is that part of the problem? Or is this the frame skipping that people are talking about?
