1-2 packs a month? Welp I guess I should be looking to craft some badges because I get like 1 pack a year at 25 lol
I get a few a month on average at level 41. Can't say exactly, but I got 6 in my inventory and haven't idled and then sold any cards for a couple months.

A question for those who own Gears Tactics: is the Thrashball Cole character pack, that was a pre-order bonus, available to purchase in-game (as an in-app purchase, unlockable, ...)?

thank you :)

The word "Gameplay" consists of "Game" and "Play".
That is to say, it implies there is a "game" and "something being played".
The trailer fulfills both criterias. It's about a game, and about something being played. Only instead of the stale approach of having the game played, Ubisoft instead opted for the modern and novel interpretation of the definition and played the audience . They should be applauded for their bold and visionary look at things.

Game trailers are simply a marketing tool.

It shouldn't matter if a dev/pub wants to go full gameplay, full cgi, or a mix of the two. It's how they're choosing to present the project to the public, be it through raw gameplay or a more mood-piece tone setting with cgi.

Both are valid forms of advertising and frankly I'm kinda over purists who claim cgi trailers are somehow false advertising.

If you feel hoodwinked because your new AAA purchase doesn't look just like the cgi trailers you saw on TV, that says more about your lack consumer savviness than anything. It's not like you can't see hours upon hours of raw gameplay on YouTube before picking up any random title.

it's not really about that ... it's about ubi calling it a "gameplay trailer" when it wasn't

can that be used to add hidden links to anime stuff?

no! :disapproval-blob:

:fgo_mamapeek:
I think I'm going to use it to link to lewd anime stuff

like characters holding hands....out in public. I mean at that point that's basically exhibitionism

apparently I cannot put

:H02angry2: or :fgo_mamapeek:

in the tooltip but I can put the normal emotes

I think I might finally buy RimWorld today. I expect to be overwhelmed.

Do it. Its great. One of my favourite games. It eats a lot of time though.

There are also a ton of mods out that improve the base game. A selection of some courtesy of Aaron D.

Steam page where.

Probably not going to be opened until nearer to release and still, B.Namco pages usually open from 00:00-00:30 Spain timezone so yeah, still a few hours left.

Leading video game publisher and developer, BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Asia today announced SCARLET NEXUS, a new RPG franchise developed by BANDAI NAMCO Studios and lead by former members of BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment’s acclaimed TALES OF series. Press release lists Steam instead of PC. I wonder why Namco always uses a bunch of different generic PC logos in their trailer instead of just using the Steam logo
Yeah, different divisions using different logos is kind of funny xd

The DLC/season pass was "Garbage" though

Expected, there was nothing much left in the story to expand upon, I rarely buy DLC for single player games, unless is something special, like in Fallout 3 and NV or Dishonored.

Ive been playing a bit of Company of Heroes 2 (only had it in my library for about 5 years) and I really want to use my Steam controller but its proving difficult to set it up. mainly because the game doesn't let you re-bind controls! A PC game not letting you re-bind controls. ridiculous.

If anyone is in the mood for a dungeon crawler, you may want to check StarCrawlers.
The game just received an update that improves the visual quality of the game, and it's currently 90% off (there's also a game + OST pack for a few cents more):

I really need to get back to it.
This is another game I backed on Kickstarter, played a lot of the early versions, but never played the "final" release.
What I played was very enjoyable though, and a sci-fi setting is a nice variation from the usual medieval fantasy setting of most dungeon crawlers.

The Square Enix Stay Home & Play campaign rewards gamers for practicing social distancing, and also help charities that need support in this uncertain period.

As part of the initiative, we’re releasing Steam bundles featuring many of our greatest games at bargain prices. A full 100% of the Square Enix revenue from these bundles will to be distributed to charities across North America and Europe, including food banks and more.
