One is an AOC, the other is an ACER Monitor. It's not the same thing
The AOC is a 48-144Hz FreeSync Display with (according to the spec sheet) great color accuracy.
The ACER is a pseudo HDR panel, with specs that are sub HDR (250 cd/m^2 is a joke for HDR), it has no variable refresh rate (144hz are locked) and color accuracy seems to be mediocre.
Just going by the specs you posted, I'd take the AOC 24G2U. It's not even a competition between those two. But the ACER didn't set a high bar to begin with, that said the AOC reads like a good monitor tbh and AOC is a good display brand. At least their high end models have very good reputation.
