Glad to see that I'm at a plus! Considering that between every sale I idle games and finish the badges for them. I only sell cards that are worth something, seems that way of doing things is working and financing my badge collecting!;D
Where was this available? I forgot. I thought it was on my account page. I have augemented Steam installed

I just wished Humble could link proper steam store pages for each of the showcased games. I get its good and fair to put a link for pub and dev sites but no link for steam store pages is in my opinion unconvinient. I have a terrible memory due to medication. I will try to send my feedback to Humble support so they may add them in the future

Also, thanks for the heads up.

Hopefully they can make it happen although @tomasduda reminded me about Humble Bundle store. That might be the reason for them to not put steam store links at all.

Reason: added duda twitter link

This can't be right?
Sure it can be right. What if I told you there were people moving/trading [UWSL][UWSL]1[/UWSL][/UWSL][UWSL][UWSL]k[/UWSL][/UWSL] cs go keys a day during the golden Steam trading era? (When RU gifts/trading was a thing.

How can Crucible be in the top Steam releases from may 2020 on my front page ? It's at 218 peak today.
How is this calculated ?
Even all-time, is 10.600 that impressive ?

I think I'm just going to get one or two games this sale, something I know I will play and that will last me awhile at least. High on the list at moment are Bloodstained or Doraemon Story of Seasons. Or some RPG that seems good.

Just got a booster pack for Dead Space 2
Whenever I get a booster pack it always seems to be for a game that I've just completed the badge for.
Is this how it works?

How many hoops am I gonna have to jump through to get it though? Those last few sale games were so poorly considered.
Hopefully it's like the Lunar sale, where you just had a no-nonsense "5$ off your first puchase over 30$" without having to "buy" that coupon with coins (though you could buy more after the "free" one)

Yeah, hopefully. Maybe I'm cheap but that was the only one where I qualified for a discount.

That car game thing was the worst ever. Spending the entire sale reading about how it worked rather than the actual sale itself was awful.

That was actually a really awesome one for me, since the stuff you bought in the previous period counted for sale, and so I got something like 40€ total in discount coupons since I bought the Index in that period :p

My Index didn't bring any coupons at all, as they changed the formula for the following sale :loudly-crying-face:

Hi everyone! I hope your summers started well and continue on that same path. Summer is the best season and I celebrated by taking a three day weekend!

What do you do on a three day weekened? Visit the grocery store? Take a bike ride? Sure sure but you also PLAY GAMES!

Experiences worth sharing;

1. Playing No Man's Sky in with two other people and trying to coordinate sucks dilly. Just an awful experience, had no clue what the "host" was working on, there opportunities to assist each other were slim. I think No Man's Sky is great, I played three hours on Friday night to prepare for playing with the guys. Too bad that in a game of such complexity and depth, you ideally need 10 hours solo to learn all of the menus, base building and to acquire upgrades. It got so bad that I just left the planet we were all struggling on to try to "level up" on an easier one. (Kinda worked but at that point, all of our 'frustrations meters' were in the red)

2. Concrete Genie was worth the $11 I paid for it. Its a game geared towards kids and that's ok! Sometimes a lower key game with bright artwork, stylized characters, a forgiving difficulty and maybe a few comforting myths about Bullies. It was short, I think I burned through it in around 5 hours but there is a VR mode and other modes beyond the store mode if you are so inclined.

3. Itch.io BLM bundle, I installed a few games. Islands reminded me of KRZ for five minutes before I got bored. Catllateral Damage is as cute as you'd expect. Sky Rogue is the game I had the most fun with. If you like Ace Combat, Hawk or Star Fox, you'll get along with this one nicely. I've already completed A Short Hike, A Night in the Woods, 2064 ROM and I've given up on Celeste for the time being.

4. State of Decay 2 is a really good Co Op experience and a surprisingly focused one to boot. Recommended for any XBGP PC subscribers.

Fucking exactly.

Sorry Gaben, I've seen the "excitement for sale, buy like 8 games, play 2 and think about the 6 others" movie too many times.
What usually happen every time is that I decide to only maximum 5-8 games during a big sale, but I end up with a ton more.

Yup.

Plus with all of the bundles and sub services, if I want to try something I'll wait/try a similar game elsewhere.

All that shit talking aside, I'm jumping on a Steam version of Deep Rock Galactic if there is a sale.
Trisolarian to you too mate. Have a great summer!
But...

No, it's clearly winter with lots of snow.

Oh, you mean the season were the pain of your blood cooling/freezing assaults you every morning? When its dark at 4:50pm (16:50) and nights last forever? Where the snow turns to a muddy, gray, polluted slush on day three?

No thanks. I'll take cool mornings, evening walks, fireflies any time. I don't even have working AC at my home or in my car and I'm ok with summer.

Currently, Jedi Fallen Order is thirty € on Steam. Do we assume it will be cheaper during the Summer Sale?

🤔 I see, you are playing summer on easy mode, with extra combat assistance.
I guess, I mean it was hot enough to melt chocolate sitting in my bedroom on Sunday..... I'm in NJ so usually its between 85-90F (29-32c) as a high in June, July and August. I'm just sucking it up and getting acclimated, also I have years of prep and experience with no AC life.

Fuck the winter. Summer is life.

So yeah, maybe I don't do extreme gaming until 9pm and things cool down but it doesn't get dark til 9 pm.

I got to have fresh strawberries and blueberries in season yesterday! It was great.
