Hmh I had some bad luck with this sale, the two games I wanted, one doesnt have any sale at all and the other has worse discount now than a few weeks ago.T_T
So the points are just for Steam profile shopping, and nothing else? Like discounts, for example.

Seal is disappointing so far generally speaking. Plenty of games I had my eyes on had much better discounts many months ago on various key resellers, and even on Steam itself. Besides some cheap stuff here and there and a few EA games, I doubt I'll spending much in this sale

Say you see that:
You click on the heart and you can give yourself another heart.
Long story short, you cannot get both badges by yourself, but you can get the second one by giving it to yourself.

Yeah, you can also buy badges to level up.

How much exp do I get from getting a badge? I wonder if I can power level to 100 from upgrading the badges.

You can only level 20 badges, thats 2000 exp.
That works for me as I'm currently at level 90. Though I think staying at level 99 is better than 100.

After a quick Google, I found the Steam exp calculator, and I need 9k exp to reach level 99. Oh well..
