So I've noticed from the screenshots and footage. It's pretty disheartening how very little work seems to have gone into this. Didn't they remake or improve the lighting engine supposedly?

Did they just outright buy the rights for the game? That's pretty cool since it looks like you can still buy the Platinum edition but it's about $17-20USD on some store and I doubt that it will ever go on sale again on those stores (there has been no sale for almost 2 years no).
But this is great since I really like the game. I have it on Origin buy never picked it up on Steam (I didn't know much about store fronts at the time).
Senran Kagura sure does look a bit different. Also for that Wii video the SFX reminded me of PS2 era sound stuff (devil may cry sounds, were sounds are loud and echoey and not persise and clean sounding)I thought the Wii game was very fun (not like the others) and it looks similar enough with nice cel shading on top so, judge me, I'm glad it's coming to PC

Another gripe about QOL in CK3:
- I have no way (not found at least) to permanently disable notifications in the issues tab. I DON'T CARE who I can make wars with or which titles I can create, or which Vassal wants a seat.
-I have no way (not found at least) to get a notification that a decision is available again
- and other notifications I don't care about that i want to disable but can't
This was all available in base game CK2, why not here?

It is, it's for their mobile game that released last year but it doesn't seem to have any H in that game though. But ya it's for that franchise

This game has been consuming my life for the past 3 months or so, and I'm excited about this update. The new killer looks great (he runs into walls and bounces off them to chase survivors), and the new perks seem interesting.
As much as I love the game... it's hard to recommend to anyone. The playerbase is super toxic, the learning curve is a vertical wall, and the grind is absurd. It's a lot of fun if you're willing to power through the garbage though.

I am super excited for Dune (as you can tell from my tag since joining). One of my best directors as well, chatted with his brother a few times.
First movie I watched by Denis was Prisoners and I have been a big fan ever since.
This scene is one of the best movie scenes in any movie Ive seen.
How does it work with paradise? I've read you can freely investigate and guess who's the culprit?
TBH I'm still early in the game and just invetigating and gathering clues, but it wouldn't surprise me if I can guess who the culprit is as you can speak with Judge to give your decision on who the murder is.
Looks like it's basically the same thing as I already have on Steam, just with support for widescreen and higher resolution monitors?
I wonder if they'll give this away for free to anyone who already has it on Steam.
You are told at the start that you can trigger the final trial at any point. In fact i spoke to Justice again directly after the conversation and they asked if i wanted to call everyone for the Trial but i backed out. I've played over 4 hours, collected clues and items and haven't spoken to anyone yet but you can speak to them in any order you want. Or not. I've no idea about the Trial and how it works tho.
You can explore pretty much everywhere right from the start. There's a lot of verticality to the environments with items dotted around so it's scratching my explore and collect stuff itch. It's also stylish as hell.
