Terminator: Resistance DLC2's Release Candidate branch has been added.

The DLC was originally scheduled for "Summer 2021." So I'm expecting an announcement soon. This is going to be a paid DLC. From what I data mined, it's a sort of flashback prequel DLC featuring Kyle Reese and Corporal Ferro, although it stars Jacob Rivers. It would be nice if they could get Michael Biehn for Reese, but I wouldn't count on it.

Question about SMT 3. You can now play it if you got the Deluxe version. Was there any pre-order bonus for this game? For P5R I think that there was but I guess not for this game? I was thinking about buying it but I think I will just wait and buy the Deluxe Edition when it's $30USD or something. I just wanted to make sure since I don't want to miss out on content, even if it's just wallpaper or OST stuff that's not seen in the game.
-----

I have only played a small bit of Scarlet Nexus but I like what I have played so far. Hopefully there are a lot more combo options. Compared to say Code Vein I like the attack movements a lot more in this game. With Code Vein it was a souls like and souls like don't always have very fast movement (which is one of the reasons that people really like Nioh, especially Nioh 2, in a way even Sekiro felt "slow").

I'm really hoping that there is an option to parry in this game. While I am not really good at parrying when ever you do it right in any game it tends to feel satisfying.

Speaking of dusting off PC hardware, there is a new game by the devs of an expansion of PC Building Simulator:

it looks surprisingly good, like, the kind of zen experience after a very stressful day haha

So they will leave Steam, GOG, PS, Xbox, and Nintendo and only release on PC Windows Store, Epic Store and Itch.io then?

Otherwise if they make their own storefront I expect an eventual return to Steam anyways. When EGS doesn't seem to have made much of a dent on Steam, it would be funny to expect they will be able to do it themselves.
Especially with their catalogue of AA eurojank, remakes and weird shit that doesn't sell. Good luck when Timmy's cash runs out.

Swenhir you still using Shadow PC? There doesn't appear to be an official press release or update stating it via text, but apparently on stream today they talked about how Shadow PC price is going to $30 fucking dollars a month now. Just one tier (the lowest, Boost), all upper tiers canceled. Maybe some hardware upgrades later in the year (uh huh). WTF.

Son of a bitch, this is my main way of playing games as far too many are not available on GFN.
No, I canceled earlier this month. I saw the writing on the wall. Price isn't so much the issue as their lack of interest in gaming. They are pivoting on B2B and their mention of vGPUs says a lot about their intentions. Since I had no interest in being at the mercy of their whim and needed to become independent from fiber internet anyway, I bought a new laptop.

Can't say that I regret it. Firing Kempf, what a bunch of idiots.

Grumbly morning. Meta.

So Starfield is late 2022. That's good, bigger chance for a 4080 to drop by then.
Gonna be a disappointing 2021 if Starfield doesn't make it.

No Elden Ring

No Silksong either most likely.

Baldur's Gate 3 will probably not make it as well.

Wouldn't even surprise me if Halo Infinite gets pushed too at this point. MS doesn't seem like they are in a rush with how good Gamepass is doing anyways.

On the other hand 2022 will be amazing.

Sean & Wolfire lawsuits will be consolidate into new combined one:

June 11, 2021: Deadline for Plaintiffs to file consolidated amended complaint
July 26, 2021: Deadline for Defendant to respond to consolidated amended complaint
August 30, 2021: Deadline for Plaintiffs' Opposition to any motion filed in response to the consolidated amended complaint
September 17, 2021: Deadline for Defendant's Reply in support of any motion filed in response to the consolidated amended complaint
November 9, 2021: Status Conference at 9:00 AM in Courtroom 16206

So on July 26th we should finally have Valve's answer. Almost 6 months from start lol.

Why even use EGS online thingie for games that don't have online play?

Wallets indeed gone. Currently playing Days Gone and today Knockout City drops

After 4 days we get Biomutant. Glad I didn't buy Mass Effect though, that's a cheap version.

I must say that I pretty much hate play Nier.
Now that might completely change if I play a route without the sidequests. They are soul sucking that way.

Honestly, I don't care if a game on Steam uses Epic Online Services. Same reason I buy former EGS exclusives on Steam. My only interest is to play the games via Steam, what other systems those game uses, wherever it's EOS, another launcher (i.e. Rockstar Launcher) etc. I don't care about.

EOS is platform agnostic, both devs/pubs and Valve definetely knows what it does.

Auto correct happened XD I fixed my post.
LMAO haha I was already like "oh boy, here we go again, more people discovering the release just now" xD

Yeah, KH (at least the musical one) will come to Steam next year, the rest? who knows, most likely, until then, more people won't know it released on PC.

Doesn't EOS shit-the-bed though whenever there's a heavy load on the Epic Servers like in Sales or Fortnite events?
Sure, i want my single player offline game to have issues because of some analytics lag due to events i care not at all about.
I'm sure people had problems launching a game recently due to heavy traffic on Epic Servers.

As long as i don't have to link an account or give Epic any details and EOS doesn't cause performance, launch issues or scan my machine for data to send back on products outside the one i'm playing then i'll stop caring.

Ordered Steelseries Rival 5 which came out recently. My Sensei 310 still works flawlessly after almost 4 years so I have only good things to say about SS, but I want to switch to palm grip from claw since I started playing LoL recently and it feels bad. Rival 5 seemed like the best bang for the buck.
