As I obviously hate myself, I realized I still have to play route C (and D in a roundabout way) of Nier Replicant.
Now I can only wonder how this whole mysterious new final boss and choice can change my perception of the game several month after playing route A and B (mediocre gameplay and as a whole extremely forgettable).

Have some real fun or let my OCD get the better of me. Decisions, decisions.

Words of wisdom, but… it’s not unimaginable that the hassle could be worth it in the end. Maybe it’s really great. Maybe I’m too harsh and will change my mind.
And there is the matter of the hours already spent on it (sunk cost fallacy ?).

I have to make a decision because I’m beginning to forget the first part of the game that you don’t replay in subsequent routes, and if I may be stupid enough to force myself now, doing so when all will be forgotten is out of the question.

I suppose that I shouldn’t have waited months before doing this route C&D thing. I also suppose it’s quite telling that I waited this long.

This sequel was announced two months ago but I'd just like to highlight it because I enjoyed the first one quite a lot for what it was - very much a cozy autumn and winter kinda game. Cute character designs too!

Yeah, I found a slightly less shitty deal and caved in on Guardians of the Galaxy. Not a smart thing to do because it will probably be discounted soon...but I had a crappy week and gave myself this gift.

And so far.... it's everything I wanted the Avengers game to be. Fun characters, great interactions and not amazing but good enough combat.

Assuming they keep it up for the 15-17 hours and I don't have to suddenly play shitty maps designed for multiplayer, I think I'm gong to really liked it in the end

Sackboy didn't set the world on fire at launch, but it got good reviews on PS5/PS4, and PC can always use another good 3D platformer. plus it's a UE4 game, so it should port pretty smoothly to PC

It is the diff between the leaks on Sep 13 and on Sep 19. Basically, the names of these 3 entries were changed from game names to project names.

That makes me wonder, the only AAA super popular $100 trillion dollar sony game that hasn't been leaked I believe is Spiderman 2018. Which is weird since it's obvious that sony wants to put the biggest blockbusters on PC first

You can get the Sleek-Lord outfit as a freebie from Nvidia Rewards (must own 10xx series GPU or newer). You need to opt in to the program, there's a link in the GeForce Experience app.

Picked up Guardians of the Galaxy since I was able to get 20 percent off and had some balance to boot.

It has actually been surprisingly good so far. Nothing revolutionary, but all of it together has been a good time. I really dislike super hero stuff, but have an appreciation for Guardians so that helps.

I wish I was not so busy this week and my daughters sleep schedule was not so topsy turvy tight now as I want to play it more.

This gotg game is better than it has any right being (up to chapter 4 where I left off at least). Looks really good on an oled too.

Unfortunately the resolution is pretty low on performance mode so for the first time in a year I'm playing something at 30fps. This is the first time I really wish I had a new PC in that same time span.
