Sony just shared PSVR images.
So I'm guessing that out of Valve,Meta, and Sony, that somehow Valve will keep being the one with the best audio?
That's kind of crazy and I guess that it's like Anton said that people expect sub audio quality because they have not heard good sound quality in VR games, or In "headsets" for that matter.
This is one of those reasons why Linus wants Valve to make their own gaming headset seeing how great the audio and the mic is on the Valve index while every one else makes not so great products, even Sonys own Headsets from what I have heard are not that amazing, they are decent for $100 but that's about it. The Xbox Headset is a lot better and that's because it offers more connectivity options and what you can use it with. But there is still the issue of the audio itself.

I have bought Fatal Frame: Project Bad Mouse Controls and 20 minutes later i asked for a refund. Holy crap the mouse controls are TOTALLY useless.

I just got back from a week visiting family in SoCal, just north of San Diego.
Average temp. there is a dry 72F/22C in spite of it still being winter months in that hemisphere. The pleasant, temperate weather they get year round is just stupid.
Bonus points in that my father lives just 2 miles in from the beach, so I do a morning run along the water every day I'm there followed by Starbucks and wave-watching. Saw dolphins 2 of those days swimming maybe 40 yards off shore and an actual gosh-darn whale on my last day. Cripes that whole region is magical.
I often jokingly tell my dad that if he lived in Mississippi I'd likely begrudgingly come visit once every 5+ years. But since he's in Carlsbad, CA, once a year is just fine, lol.
Oh, and yes. Elden hype is even spilling over onto my radar. And that's saying a lot as a resident AAA poo-poo'er.

Steam Next Fest is completely overwhelming. Their recommendations for me are right on, and I don't really even have time to check them out since I can't even make a dent in my backlog. Why do so many games look so GOOD? Anyone whining about the game industry should stop engaging with AAA games and look at this stuff.

sounds like scary idea .... Battle.net as its now is like perfect for the small amount of titles there .... but i cant imagien them scaling it up for 100+ titles in its current state without rebuilding it alltogether
Bnet must go, Steam/XboxApp is more than enough.
Scary? Maybe. But what's the point of having the vast majority of games on the shitty Xbox/GP app and a few Blizzard games on the way superior Battle.net. Nah. Sure they'll need to rebuild big parts of Battle.net or even build a new app from scratch. But with the Blizzard expertise, it can be a great place for Xbox (XGS, Bethesda, ABK) on PC (next to Steam).
Also get rid of all the stupid accounts please
Right now you need three accounts for the Xbox ecosystem: MS Account, Bethesda Account and Battle.net. Crazy. Just one account and one launcher for Xbox games please. Thank you
