Mmh yeah, I greatly appreciate the compactness and elegance of TKLs, some color schemes are just chef‘s kiss too. But I do my budget on the PC, so a numpad is unfortunately necessary afaik. Sure, there is the possibility of a separate numpad, but it kinda defeats the point.

My first playthrough bugged out completely about 2/3 of the way through, lost roughly 65-70 hours of progress. I had written the game off as too buggy and unstable but decided to give it another chance after they patched in the console updates and it was enough to finish it. But damn it's still one of the buggiest games ever.
Yeah, Cohhcarnage also lost around that much of progress on Kingmaker near launch. The devs were watching him play and rolling out fixes as he hit bugs, eventually it got so muddled though that he couldn't progress.

I actually bought Wrath of the righteous last week, but didn't read how long it would take to complete (holy shit). So I have put that on the back burner for now, as i also have all pillars of eternity games and expansions which i have yet to start, and realised that i can probably complete those in the same time period as one Pathfinder game. Still early on that, just made it to the first town.

Our ultimate goal is not to provide the exact SteamOS experience that the Steam Deck provides like HoloISO does. We are focused on the desktop experience and expanding support for SteamOS by making the operating system work on a wide range of hardware.
Le Pertti might be interested on this maybe

In keeping with that goal, they have expanded hardware support on desktops / laptops and of course Apple Mac systems too. They also have much more up to date software compared with SteamOS, it supports UEFI and legacy BIOS, encrypted filesystem support, has the Pamac application for installing / updating other software and comes pre-installed with plenty of software like Steam, Heroic Games Launcher, Lutris, and PolyMC while still keeping the look and feel similar to SteamOS 3.

Bought the bundle mainly for Hired Guns, but also Legend of Keeper and Trudograd. That being said, not sure I want to reward their slimeball practice and buy Atom RPG this sale. You are not slick, people.

I cant fucking believe i still cant enable steam guard. its been over 2 weeks..
Fucking steam get your shit together and fix this bug thats been happning to random people since at least 2017
I called my mobile service provider and they have not blocked any smses.. so its all on Steam.
Have you tried using another phone? As in, another device with your sim card in it? I have a weird situation where SMS messages from my diagnostics lab never come through to my phone but they work on other devices. Your problem could be similar to that.

My former phone had the interesting quirk of not receiving MMS when I was connected to a WiFi. Which meant that since you didn't leave home much during the pandemic, I had several MMS's from my young nephew that never showed up, and him not getting notified that I never received them.

Never played the original Lollipop, didn't really appeal to me at the time, maybe I'll give the remake a shot.

but this is what I fear will happen.
there's at least the comforting thought of Dragami Games (some guys who made some anime games) primarily being responsible for it, so it won't be a Juliet with a double chin and facial hair that you'd need to zoom heavily in to even notice, and also she's now politically active + Nick's now gay
edit: yes, this doesn't make sense on purpose

hopefully it's not a too off-the-course remake, and it's instead just a direct remake

I mean I am not against the idea of better outfits for Juliet. I understand why changes like that get made.

However at that point you could make an interesting sequel with an older Juliet in place looking back at her high school years. While chainsawing zombies.

For me once you start making too many tweaks and changes it goes beyond being even a remake.

this is one of those instances where I think I would prefer a remaster.

I promise this message was brought to you with 25% nostalgia laden horniness. Maybe 30%

This 3D platformer looks pretty fun

Meanwhile, totally not surprised by this delay. They have too many games in the second half of 2022.

Yeah, this Humble Bundle is a great one for me, I have wanted both Deep Rock and Necromunda for ages. Almost bought both several times now over the past few months. Yes, Your Grace has also been on my wishlist for ages and I have wanted to get it someday. All the other titles are games I have been interested in at one point or another.

Still wish Humble did not mess up their store % discount, but what do you do.

I really need to go back and carry on with Necromunda. Love the table top game and enjoyed what I played of the game at launch. Put it to one side while I waited for some patches and then never went back.

|OT| - Steam Next Fest - June 2022 edition (Jun 13-20)

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Highlights : Anger Foot , Cult of the Lamb , Moonscars , Eyes in the Dark , Video Game Fables ,Jack Move , Small Saga ,Fabular: Once upon a Spacetime , Midnight Fight Express ,Do You See the Waving Cape ,Nine Sols , Railroads & Catacombs and Slopecrashers

Overall lots of cools stuff and few dissapontments over thecnical states

Little sidenote:

Ever since Valve started with these demo fests i saw on myself that I am quite inclined to buy stuff day 1 after having great time with the demo

recent cases of this from the previous March steamfest and recent releases
- Eyes in the Dark - tested demo yestrday and preordered right away) + will be blast on deck
  • Gibbon: Beyond Trees - had fun demo , and went low enough for me to grab it with "compelte the colletion pack" + will be blast on deck
  • Turbo Overkill - demo was good enough to buy it day one Early access which i rarely ever do
  • Neon White - week 1 after great time with the demo
  • Hero's Hour - day 1 after great time with the demo

And looking at recent June steamfest and my impressions i see myself getting quite a bunch of them day one

damn you GabeN , you sneaky bastard :face-with-tears-of-joy:

Square is publishing so many games over the next 6 months wtf.

Valkyrie Elysium
Diofield Chronicle
Forspoken
Star Ocean
Harvestella
Crisis Core reunion
Kingdom Hearts on Steam (lul)

They are looking to have a big revenue year.

I kinda want all them except Forspoken. But if Forspoken reviews well I will probably pick it up too.

You forgot The World Ends With You NEO.
But don't feel bad. Square probably forgot about it too.

Problem being, SE already doesn't like spending on marketing, let alone any kind of support that would take away from their precious money bags, so by releasing a game every other week, good luck for many of them...

Also, Triangle Strategy PC version shouldn't be too far away (and that game was pretty disappointing).

Yeah, it got trademarked again not so long ago pointing to a re-release, so yeah, I'm expecting it between October and January 2023

It really does feel like a lottttt in such a short span (not even considering what they have just released/releasing FFVIIR on Steam and Live a Live), but I guess they have shed a bunch of studios and IPs, so they need to keep output up.

It just feels like I will 100% have to pick and choose what to prioritize with that much stuff.

There's Front Mission remake in summer, too. And Dragon Quest X Offline in Japan. I honestly hope they would sit on a few games because some of them need more exposure than the others.

tonight's progress of The Room (Trademark Pending):

i have manage to just create my table in hammer instead of photogrammetrying it, which is a very good thing, it looks very alike to the real deal, but more importantly, i have managed to change my walls not only into a more precise colour that matches mine, but also make them more accurate (different textures between the planks and the "background" on the walls as using same texture on both stretches the background texture more ish), but other than that, i also made the laminate bigger and also more of one colour

source 2 also has raytracing apparently, which made this image:

as you can see, not much normal mapping, but that's just how it is, they are still there, i am mostly glad to see how nicely the bed has managed to integrate with the environment of the room, even if this kind of gameplay would be impossible in real time (it took me 6 minutes to render this one image)

progress after this would be:
  • finding and reusing models for things that i can't photogrammetry, such as my carpet and roof lamp
  • photogrammetry of A LOT of props such as (but not limited to) my desktop pc, my drawer, physics props like rubik's cube, dualsense, books, screen, french press, bust, bla bla bla
  • after the implementation of roof lamp, test out interior lighting from it
  • and then others which will come along the way

Good grief, that's true, there's also Front Mission, SaGa Minstrel Song... DQ10 I'm not worried about (except for the release date in the West), but it seems obvious that many, many of those games will just cannibalize each other.

I can see Valkyrie Elysium flopping hard, that would be on course for that poor franchise... and Star Ocean of course, because you can't release a Star Ocean without the threat of never seeing one again. Yet there's always more.

I imagine Diofield Chonicle could be the winner here, it's really, really unique, and if not plagued by technical issues, it's not "more of the same" like some will inevitably feel like.

I need help with the Steam Quest. I can't find the Dead Seagul game. I'm on the Sims tab.

Also what is going to be delisted and what will increase in price,

Is the Muse Dash DLC worth it?
If you like the game, it is a truly staggering value of songs (more than any other rhythm game I've come across), and you will get all future tracks added. I bought it years ago for $30 and while I haven't played as much of it (I got into VR rhythm shortly thereafter) I haven't regretted it. It's really just a matter of whether you want the like 90 extra songs currently or not. I know it will increase in price soon to keep up with the added content and inflation etc.
