I don't remember if it was here or elsewhere, but like I said before, topping last year's show, Best of Japan Sega block in particular, would have been impossible anyway. So no reason to watch.
Didn't SEGA also show Total War Three Kingdoms? They went guns blazing last year.

Doesn't say it's coming to Steam at the same time as EGS release though.
I imagine there will be some big epic exclusives but there will also probably be some other games to fill up the show. No way they can fill a whole conference with EGS exclusives. All the AA/AAA games shown will likely be EGS exclusive.

We will see Biomutant for sure, but the developer already said it is on steam at launch....hmm

There was a new Wasteland 3 fig update just now: Wasteland 3 Crowdfunding Campaign

When I read this:

I was a bit concerned, but luckily later on there's this:

I guess I should be happy that CRPGs are still quite niche in the grand scheme of Battle Royale / GaaS megabucks.
it also means developers and publishers now see "we won't be going exclusive" as a valid marketing tactic ... which means it's kinda/sorta working ... just like "we don't have lootboxes" before

well, about that .........

The Queen might have some bad news for you ...

if epic is moneyhatting the PC game show im guessing that means we wont see viewership numbers :thinking-face:
The PCGamer Show 2019 had a much bigger launch than 2018. <I forget the name of the host> was trending on twitter in <x> minutes, versus <y> minutes last year. Only ThePCGameShow brought you by Epic Games Store could provide that kind of bump.

Some dev's realize money won't bring people back to your games once it runs out

Which one did you buy? :D
Oh, nothing special, I bought a common wireless XONE controller. I have been using a DualShock for a good part of the year but since I found a good deal on this one I decided to pick it up since I kinda prefer the Xbox layout nowadays.

Who cares about Epic? The most important news of the day: Classic World of Warcraft launches 27th of August!
Vanilla WoW stole 2 years of my life - I still remember what I did in WoW during 2005-2007 but don't ask me about that period of my RL, that is all a blur. I won't play that much again, but probably level one character to 60 for nostalgia's sake.

Did you ever play the original Chaos;Head? Cuz lol. Some of the route requirements... Not just delusion triggers, but the medical eval form. o_O
Nah I haven't played it, only C;C, unless I can push a button and have the game delivered on a silver platter I don't really bother anymore, and since that particular game will be forever stuck in Japan I guess I'll never read it. I didn't really feel I was losing much while reading C;C, I followed the story pretty well.
The only game I'll ever go out of my way to download and patch is Fate/Extra CCC when/if a fan-translation will be done.

In regards to E3 I would be happy with SEGA annoucing either that Hokuto no Ken game or a port of Judgement, I would add Full Body and the new P5 to that list but I doubt any of those would even have a chance before the console releases.

Well on the bright side, C;C is pretty insulated from C;H... so there isn't much to miss. I'm really surprised it never came to the west. I have it on PS3 and Vita and PC. They released it like a dozen times in japan on so many platforms! o_O ... but not once to the West. Huh. I suppose I forgot that. What a shame.

I also would have liked to see more SEGA announcements at E3, but now that Epic is the one running the PC Show... now I'm just really nervous tbh. :face-with-cold-sweat:

I assume it will mostly be gamers that say, "I'm not faithful to any launcher. I go where the games go." They play Team Fortress and PUBG, predominantly play on PS4, and have a massive Funko Pop collection. They will be PC gamers' defining voice of reason.

I was organizing my games since my Steam library was a bit of a mess and I kept forgetting of games I own and I ended up tagging 700 games as "to play" (and I like to believe I was pretty selective) so there's no timed exclusive in the world that would make me cave and buy a game on the Epic Store.

Steiner & co. have a translation lying around, but now that he's working officially on stuff for companies he isn't releasing it to avoid potentially souring his career, which is understandable, he kinda put the blame on Chiyomaru for no localization of that game, it seems companies have tried to pursue a localization of said game without much success, I can't think of a single reason of why that would be the case.
From what we can gather from his twitter it seems the priority is China so we kinda have to keep hoping Spike-Chunsoft will manage to license those games at some point.

That's too expensive for a controller. Doesn't the Xbox elite controller cost that much?

I bought the Phantom White one recently. Needed a new one since the d-pad on my old one is semi broken
Directly converting the price, just checked and the Elite is going for $210 around in my country.

Good, Sega should stay as far away as possibile from anything that can remotely be associated with Epic. Maybe teasing new releases directly on Steam is cheaper and just as effective so they don't need the PC Gamer show anyway.
Maybe AoE4 will open the Microsoft show? relic/sega and MS together at last

Humble LEGO Bundle will be running for another 7 days, and there's a rebundle of Humble Software Bundle with VEGAS Movie Studio in the $13 tier and VEGA Pro 15 Edit in the $25 tier.

With all the recent chaos, I forgot to shill this super cute classically based JRPG that came out the other day. It has a nice chibi art-style, and it's mechanics go back to the old days with turn-based combat.

Oh nice, i was actually following the games development for quite a while and didn't noticed it released.

What a nice surprise, was considering getting on Switch when on sale but this is much better.
For future consideration, all Steamworld Games have been Nintendo exclusive for a few weeks/months only - god knows why.
