Finally. Is there even a way to pair controller with Apple devices though?

Spent the last two hours updating NieR Automata's HD Texture pack, screwing with the special-K stuff, and trying to figure out why ReShade would go on and off at it's own whim....

Tedious work. Worth it though. Still waiting on the final 2019 update for that texture pack but I just wanted to make sure everything was still working after Goty edition launched. o_O

It's wild how hard this game is to run at a steady 60FPS. Even with Anti-Aliasing off, the highest I can go is 1728p and still maintain 60. And even that is sometimes iffy. (This is with a 1080ti and 8700k!) I'm just glad my PC is hooked up to a TV. It handles the scaling pretty well.

Very happy with Steam Link for iOS. Actually a pretty big deal for me. I already take my iPad mini from room to room.

Finished Kiwami 2 main story and Four Shine storyline (still have to finish the Clan Creator thing and Majima story). The game lose some gas midway through but the final is hype as fuck, although I can understand if someone think of it as somewhat rushed. Substories wise though, I was a bit disappointed to be honest, but I guess that is because 0 had too many great substories and spoiled me regarding those. Now, about Four Shine - I never spent so much time in a side activity in a game. I don't know why, but it's that addicting.

Still mad at SEGA for having Date as their fifth badge on Steam. Imagine spending what, $10 crafting badges to finish with Makoto Date. They could had Kiryu, Haruka or even Yuki there.

I really need to find the time to replay Near A Tomato. It was such a special game. I sacrificed my save too, and I kind of forget most of its secrets.

But I thought Steam forums were complete trash and a waste of time :thinking-face:

I love it when devs participate in their community. lashman
Great story... and yes, clearly the developer was lucky to find the one good thing on the forum about the game. What are the odds?

(Steam too)
Nope.... after Stardew Valley I have to stay away from this kind of game. That thing ate way too much of my time and my "I really want to play this soon" backlog keeps growing. I haven't even played both Kiwami despite buying them.

(I will probably buy it anyway....)

You can use the proprietary adapter with the bluetooth controller too, if the controller works fine otherwise. Certainly a cheaper solution than an elite.
Oh, shit, really? I thought it was bluetooth or wired only.

Ayy! It works! Wireless without the shitty stuttering again! I thought I was going to have to find an old controller that didn't support bluetooth.

Nice! When Steam Link was mothballed for Apple devices I actually went out and bought a Shield TV for my in-home streaming stuff. But with this I may be able to go back to just using my Apple TV once the new range of MFi controllers with clicky sticks are widely available.

I love white water! But I don't feel like giving Zen my money right now after their EGS exclusivity deal for Operencia. Perhaps next year when it's 75% off. 😁

🤭
White Water took me a while to love in Pinball Arcade but once it clicks it's great. Hopefully Zen's version of Hurricane is good, Farsight's version has issues especially with the right-hand ramp.

Sooo nobody else got the pre-caching content, OpenGL, and Vulkun updates on most of their games?
Sorry no I haven't had any. There was a recent update to the beta client that might have caused that though.

Steam Community :: Group :: Steam Client Beta

Shader Pre-Caching
  • Re-worked the shader system to enable downloading and pre-compiling of the whole collection of Vulkan pipelines for a given game. As a result, shader data downloads will now show in the Steam download manager. Pre-compiling will be enabled in a future Beta build.

Moonlight on Vita works fine, but the Steam Link app can't find my PC. Of course.

Edit: I'm a dummy. My VPN was on.

I'm planning at least 3 episodes.
Episode 2 should be released around December 2019 on Steam.

hmm new game by the Kingdom Rush guys ... pretty much reskinned to scifi ilitary setting ... could be cool , their TDs are pretty great

also seems like there is "Borelais" expansion/new game already out on mobiles , so i guess they will release it separately like they did Kingdom Rush sequels

i got it

presumably i already had a shader cache for these games but perhaps steam updated the way it precaches

vulkan games especially need a cache or they stutter like crazy until one is generated

Can't try Steam Link on my iPad because it has to weak a wifi connection in my room :notlikethisblob:
Guess I gotta wait on the native Slay the Spire on it

Anyway, I tried some Druidstone. Played the first two missions. Seems cool though the writing is not pretty good and the character portrait for one of the main characters looks like a videogame-ass videogame white dude protagonist. Obviously compared to Xcom there are a lot of bells & whistles missing in the animation department but Druidstone seems good.

Now to juggle between Kiwami 2 and this and next week Three Kingdoms...

Still early in mirror's edge, I've been busy with work and college that I didn't put much time into it lately.
I got to my first enemy in the game and I ran towards them, slid and then kicked them in the nuts
:wd_praise:

I splatted a few times but overall I am really liking the 'platforming' and running around to navigate through the areas. I thought I could do drop kicks which I can but I kept messing up against some nemeies as I needed a good running start :V
Game is sweeeeeeeeet. Looking up Howlongtobeat, the game is 6ish hours long without collectables so I'm still pretty early but I am gonna end up enjoying it a lot.

Here are some quicky screenshots I took using GeForce experience since Galaxy doesn't overlay on it for some reason =_=

Lmao someone please try buying it. Humble should give you a refund if you get a epic code instead.

I got one a while back because a game I bought came with a GOG code while it listed Steam on the store page.
