Ya'll need to stop poaching for devs and pubs 'drinking the EGS cool aid', makes y'all look petty.

I'm ok with making them know how displeased we all are over this, as complacency can make people think it's ok to keep signing exclusives, but there's probably a better way than harassing them on twitter.

Personally I thought it was amusing when dying light got a patch last week and the comments were page after page of "pls don't make DL2 EGS exclusive".

Wow, I'm really surprised there's gonna be an updated version to this. Seems like the company City Connection acquired Zerodiv which presumably has the rights to Psikoy's games? Either way, cool to see a new port after all these years instead of it being stuck as a MAME rom forever.

So if you look at the badges on your profile screen you can see if you've actually "gotten" the day 4 ones for the repeatable badges. The event page is bugged or something so it won't auto update. Probably means no one will get the items from leveling the badge to 4 until they fix it (probably tomorrow).

It is a major holiday in the US today, so I doubt anyone is working at Valve.

I like the way it picked stuff at random, unplayed or not played for ages i'd actually like that as a panel on my page but it might take away from the event. I'd love to see if there's any engagement stats released by Valve or Devs soon.

Watched a gameplay of Overlord, damn I miss that game. For my surprise, I don't have the second game, so that's another one to look once Summer sale comes in. By the way, Deep Diving Simulator looks really cool - there isn't a single octopus in the store page screenshots so I guess I can confidently go in.

Just beat A Rose in the Twilight. Kind of alright gameplay, but really good minimalist storytelling that's really complemented by the art. The few characters there are are far more expressive than you would think with how little they actually emote. Really neat little game.

I really hope Nippon Ichi doesn't go under so we can get more stuff like this. The game is already a huge improvement over its predecessor and I'd hate for that talent to not improve even more.

Now, regarding FFX again, I have to say that I'm surprised on how intuitive the Sphere Grid is. I was legitimately overwhelmed by it first time the game introduced it to me but since then it has been pretty easy to work on it.

I am almost reinstalling now with all this talk. They were great. I stayed away from the 2015 game.... I want a true sequel . Can everyone please stop playing all these GaaS titles and buy the games I like please?

And speaking of which... just watched the Digital Foundry video on A Plague Tale: Innocence. I had not idea it was a in-house engine. That is seriously impressive. The rats movements were obviously ahmm... "game like", but the general effect was very well done and not something you usually see.
