I loved the first one, just wish the DLC would actually go on sale
So how would the story work with this "play as any NPC" thing? I'm not sure how to feel about this. Guess we just have to wait and see.

either you recruit people and then can play as them (think MGSV) ... or you can "hack" people and play as them ...
Did anyone end up grabbing Deathgarden? Tempted to grab it because a friend is digging it.

As much as I enjoyed WD2, I'm not hyping up for this. It'll be an EGS/Uplay exclusive and run like shit. WD2's port was AWFUL.
Maybe ill play it on console when it drops to $20.

Argh! Screw the Screws in Void Bastards. I was about half way through a hard difficulty run with no deaths when I was swarmed by four of them. They managed to corner me in a small room with no other exits.
So I don't spoil any workbench upgrades for anyone that's still early on I'll spoiler tag this.

I ran out of zap charges and hadn't been able to upgrade it yet so it didn't have the longer stun or chain effect either.

Ha! I actually started on hard bastard difficulty after finishing up my normal run and quickly realized that was going to be too much for me right now.i see you're trying for the monthly challenge

So knocking it down one level and going for the monthly challenge is definitely a good motivator to keep trying and hopefully get good enough for hard bastard later.
And no kidding, I'm going to need all of the luck I can get. I'm still trying to play it like it's late game with all of the upgrades and obviously that is a huge mistake.

Hard to get excited about Ubi stuff given the EGS shenanigans.
F1 2018 is a blast, makes me want to buy a steering wheel.
Euro Truck Simulator got me to buy one when it released. Takes some getting used to and a little calibration but once you get it dialed in it's a lot of fun.
Any super cheap ways to get GameMaker Studio 2 on Steam? Would love to play around but not for 90€.XD

I loved the game but holy shit, the endgame content is for people who don't value their own sanity. Which I guess includes me because I made it all the way to Way of the Wise, which is this game's equivalent of NG+++. I only made it as far as the second region, though, because at that point I was able to get through the missions ( and would level up like 20+ times along the way) but I would deal so little damage to the bosses that they were basically impossible.
The worst part is that I don't even want to uninstall it. The combat is just so good, I kinda want to keep playing. I should probably take a break and play something else for a little while, though, before I lose my mind or give myself an aneurysm... Preferably something nice and relaxing. Maybe I'll finally give Okami a shot, I've been on a Japan-themed streak since Sekiro, so why not keep it going.

Those optional double bossfights at the end of nioh were fucking brutal
Yeah, I feel you. There were a few times where I considered giving up but the combat kept me completely hooked. Then when it was down to the last few achievements, I figured I kinda had to keep going. FromSoft has nothing on this game's NG+, though. You can power through most of NG+ pretty quickly in any Souls games but in Nioh it immediately becomes just as hard as it was when you were first starting the game. And it only increases exponentially from there. I'm honestly not sure what the hell they were thinking. I had so much trouble making it to just the 20th floor in the Abyss, I can't even begin to imagine making it all the way to 1000.
Yeah, those were honestly kinda bullshit. I don't feel bad at all for putting them off until much later when I was both overleveled and overgeared for them. And even then some boss combos were still kind of a pain in the ass to deal with.
Beating Yuuki + Oda is definitely one of my proudest game accomplishments in recent years.
Yeah, Nioh combat is just so good and I could play it forever. I'm still in the middle of the way of the strong, and combined with PS4 I'd probably clocked at 200+ hours already so far. It's a game that I can regularly postpone and revisit later.Fucking. Finally.

Are launcher/client overlays decreasing game performance a bit? Like when I launch WD2 I have the Steam overlay, the uPlay overlay and the nVidia stuff is running as well.

bobnowhere Lol, 7 or 8!? I'm on at least my 12th client. Some are due to the game crashing and counting it as a death others are due to getting boxed in and dying. I may have to uninstall/reinstall as the game is crashing more frequently. Stupid Unity games aren't very stable on my rig.
I remembered i still need to finish WatchDogs but Aiden is such an unlikable prick that i just don't care about him, to the point that during invasions i just stand in the middle of the street and go and get a cuppa, if he's died when i get back then whatev's. I also hope it spoiled the fun for the invaders too. lol!

EdwardTivrusky I definitely lost one to a bug. I quit for the night, came back the next day and all my food was gone and as soon as I moved to the next ship I starved to death. I think I lost two to pirate attacks, those guys are tough, no idea how to beat them and a few more due to getting surrounded in closed rooms. Once you get towards the end of the game, you really have to almost give up to die, they give you so much damage, health and even heart restarters.
I've noticed there's no mention of Deep Silver on the GoG store page for Kingdom Come. Is this version self-publisher by the devs? The only reason why I haven't bought this game yet is because I don't want to give Deep Silver my money after the Metro Exodus exclusivity deal...
