Not sure if it's worth the effort and budget. I never pay attention to gacha games story and writing, and I never skip any conversation in my PC/console RPGs.
When a gacha game is being handled by Nexon or GUMI you should expect a disaster.

The extra attack speed from trolls and extra levels from having many druids makes you unstoppable at the end game. Also had items where when a druid dies it heals others AND and item with even more attack speed to everyone close to trolls.
I won easily this time, but other times trying to build the team I've had my ass handed to me early and been kicked out.

I've played most popular mobile gacha out there. I simply never pay attention to the story. I dunno, there's something that put me away from gacha story presentation, or maybe I simply never bother with it. When I play a gacha game, I'd be probably outside or on mobile, so I don't really have the time to read them. I couldn't even fathom playing a gacha without either caring for story or getting attached to the characters, the latter in particular are the whole point of a gacha game to me.

Logging in on steam on a mobile game is pretty damn nice. What's stopping other games from doing the same? I guess there isn't much incentive since you have to buy the game on both platforms, or free to play.
I would consider buying a game twice if it meant I got the achivements and time tracking on steam.
But I hope we get a day where like today we have windows, Mac and Linux versions be the same on steam, that one day android is included.

Fucking hell, deciding to check gamefaqs' PC release list was not a good idea. I know most will advocate for no curation, and I don't disagree, but some things look downright evil. TIL Metro Explosion Simulator is a thing.

Yeah, being generous one could argue that it's sort of a ZZT / Disaster Report experience.
But then again, the cheat codes included to make the train explode on demand still move the game into creepy territory for me.

With Posts like these it's really hard to be looking Forward to ist release, especially as someone who struggles to stick with a Gacha game to begin with.
The only thing i have left is my burning love for Yoko Taro, but how warm will these flames Keep me in the face of the cold breezes that are you, nexon and the Gacha genre itself.
That PUBG cinematic trailer is pretty LOL worthy... that game really doesn't need a narrative, like at all....
That said, the big update that got uploaded to the test server today and goes live next week with the new season pass and Erangel 2.0 seems really neat again... PUBG Corp is really doing its job well the last six months
