No man sky or astroneer?
I have played both but still take my input with your smart hat on.

If I had to choose between the two I would go NMS. NMS has actual flying. Your bases are more customizable, you can actually have indoors. You got NPCs and okay combat.

Astroneer is fun don't get me wrong but your base are just stations. Threats are almost non existent.

Though if I remember you can actually beat Astroneer.

At this point, we should make peace with the fact that it probably never will. :wd_rain:

Just like Brandish.
The thing with FFT is that it's Square-Enix and their approach to this is borderline incomprehensible. It might never come. Or they might drop it on Steam out of nowhere on a random day, like they did with Chrono Trigger. I'm still confused as to why the first two Final Fantasy aren't available on Steam. Same goes for Dragon Quest I through VI. As far as I'm aware, they all have very solid mobile versions that could be ported with relatively minimal effort. I'm really starting to think it was just a random fluke that we even got CT...

Indivisible is now 10% off on Steam. Humble has it now, so hopefully they'll also get the discount. I hope they can fix those prices for the rest of the world.

Nvidia has released aSecurity Update noting that all versions of their consumer-oriented GeForce graphics drivers for Windows prior to 431.60 contain vulnerabilities that may lead to local code execution, denial of service, or escalation of privileges. Sucks if you have a GPU that doesn't get the latest drivers
I just dl'd 431.60 and it supports my gtx 660ti..... I guess I lucked out. I'm sure there are some people still on 400 or 500 series GPUs, as a lot of places outside of US and Europe hardware is way more expensive. Shitty outcome.

Has anyone here actually played Ty the Tasmanian Tiger?

I hate the fact that I'm sorta craving this game, but it's only $9.99.

Maybe I should just look for a cheap Xbox copy.

I played it as a kid and loved it back then. No idea if it holds up today though.

Chirurgical operation in T minus 2h39.
Learned yesterday it was today and not in a month, fun time, no pressure,

But I can’t complain, my anxiety could have led me to cancel, this is the best outcome.

Hope everything is okay! And that whatever the operation is that you'll have a speedy and smooth recovery! :cat-heart-blob:
Thank you, I really appreciate your words. I'm naturally extremely anxious and every little bit help.
The operation is benign, I just got old enough to have another type of multiplayer session. Yesterday, more like 15 years ago, it was a bunch of friends and a multitap, today it's more like a bunch of strangers all looking at some very private part of me. Nothing life threatening though, so eh.

I just got the coolest doctor too. Nice looking girl who told me that if I got too anxious they has some gas to make me chillax, asked me if I had tried it in my spare time (?!). Then I tell her that these days I have some light tinglings where I definitely would prefer not to, and she flat out tells me, 'normal, men are wired like that, if they have something annoying them, their balls hurt'.
I like this wild doctor.

That is one awesome doctor for sure. I'm also glad to hear it's nothing major.

Hang in there, you've got this! :thumbsupblob:

And hey, once you're feeling up to it afterwards we can always celebrate with some co-op or SFV or whatever else sometime if you would want. :)

I've mostly lost faith in Squeenix's ability to deliver competent games at a reasonable price on PC, let alone hoping for the availability of their back catalogue. They're firmly in "buy in a sale years later" category for me. As for their older games, I'm content to just rip my PSN collection and/or my PS1/PS2 discs and play it on PC with RetroArch. We're lucky the modding community for CT is still thriving and can pick up the pieces where Squeenix left off.

The game is out in a week. Anyone here looking forward to this?

It's a single player FPS RPG, with 14-15 hours of gameplay. Apparently, it's gonna be $14.99.
If it looks like a more modern take on The Precursors then i'm in!

Li Kao Good luck for today! Sounds like you have a good doctor there. Slightly mad is always better than boring as it gets you to talk more to them about problems.

Deep Shadows were masters of over-ambitious games and i loved them for it. Janky as hell but i played them to death!
I loved Boiling Point: Road to Hell. (y)

I wish someone would re-release that game on Steam.

I followed their games religiously, and one day, they appeared to just vanish.
Does anyone know what the members of that team are up to?

Mt. Whatever

No price and preorder make me dread its some full price bullshit like many other visual novels in steam
Price aside, more concerned about this bit here:

Anyone know what changes this entails? Might be enough for me to skip, unless it's just the smut missing, than I guess it's more like a console release which is fine I guess. Played plenty of JP VN's on Ps3/PS4 with smut cut.

Saya no Uta is too close to Peach Ball release and the FGO banner where I'll probably whale, Yumi (Senran Kagura) and Raikou (FGO) have precedence over anything else for me.
Also apparently I'll be getting the updated version for free anyway.
oh, so you're a Yumi stan?

I really like Yomi. Her backstory really messes with me, and her love for beansprouts rivals my own.
