Got a Shining Resonance Refrain foil, that's an somewhat popular anime game so you folks know what this means

I'm getting into real estate now with all that cashmoney I got from it.

Western 2020 release was confirmed at the Japanese event by the way, Probably an official announcement from SEGA USA tomorrow.

Bring it to PC cowards
I wish they would put this game from a multi-platform series in multiple platforms on launch.

Yakuza devs have my vote of confidence, they already hinted at some big changes for the new entry. It's too early to tell how everything will gel.
Same for me. I'm in for whatever they decide to try out. I wasn't burned from the Yakuza formula, though, but if the team behind YK7 thinks that is time to change, let's try it.

Hmm Greedfall looks very interesting. But it's made by Bioware, and their last two games very disappoint me. Then again it looks like good old Bioware not GaaS Bioware. Hmm decision decision.

Cape animation can be 60+ FPS and you can play as a trio team of waifus.

Did Steam change how refunds work? I refunded a game earlier today and when it got approved I got a Steam alert message telling me about it, and the refund appeared in my Steam wallet about an hour later. It usually takes 24 hours.

The game also said "License Expired" in the games title.
Appeared directly? Not as pending? I refunded something too and as usual got the mail about the approval and hour later and now the amount is displayed as pending.

I think I got the Bad End in Daedalus XP

I might replay the final chapter tomorrow and try to get the proper ending.

I think I'm going to finish the main story of Kiwami today. Gotta say, it was nice to be back to the roots, not entirely sure that building Nishiki as this tragic villain guy was worth it. but at least they tried to explain the change in his behaviour more than original. Still think that the idea with regenerating bosses is wonky and shouldn't have been implemented, but the more I upgrade Kiryu the less of a threat they're (which isn't exactly good either). Overall, like I said, it was nice.

Still waiting for Yakuza with Majima as protagonist (not in the same way as Zero).

Plus a few more E%§& exclusives announced at PAX, but nothing too surprising. No Straight Roads, Airborne Kingdom, Superliminal and 5 other indies go Epic Games Store exclusive - VG247

Within the Cosmos with another delay isn't even surprising anymore. The dev seems to be super dedicated even though it's an uphill battle. Props to him, although I'd prefer that he just postpone it to late October since finding a place for Within in September won't be easy.

Only played Yakuza 0 so far but the combat in that game is easily the weakest thing about it. It was just too floaty and repetitive. A lot of it seemed unnecessary and didn't make much sense either. Almost brought down a great game for me.

So a turn based combat system sounds really interesting for a game like that. Some actual tension and strategy might even elevate a game like that. Still have a lot of other Yakuza games to playthrough before I even consider picking up 7.

People are really mad at Remedy for Control's performance, especially console peeps. All those exclusives money and they can't optimize their game.

:minos_laughin:
I don't want to buy it on EGS and some people even suggested to buy it on consoles instead if I didn't want it on EGS.

I have a base PS4 and there is no way I'm paying $60USD for a game that drops to 12fps at times. To me that an automatic -2 points out of 10 just for that and if it happens often then it can be no better than 7/10.

I guess consoles are just different since reviews don't seem to be harsh on taking away "points" when it comes to performance issues. Sure the story and gameplay are important but as is performance. Bloodborne is a nice game but that's a 8/10 at tops just for it's performance issues. But that might just be me. When I played Bloodborne for the first time my eyes actually hurt and it made me feel uneasy/comfortable, after some time I got use to it....and then I did multiplayer with friends...sure it was nice to play with them but the performance issues increased even more.

Also wtf @ Resident Evil Project Resistance...

On one hand a L4D style game made with RE engine could be incredible.

On the other..I think I would still prefer a Revelations 3 instead.

Really weird news from Capcom but I guess it makes sense for them to try and chase multiplayer GaaS after the success of Monster Hunter World.

I bought it for the X and my God, the lengths they had to go for this not to be a slideshow.

Ya, we've reached that phase in the console lifecycle where games don't only run like crap like usual (which I consider to be everything below 60fps) but become close to unplayable when stuff happens. It's not quite as bad as last gen when we also had to deal with sub720p res in addition to sub 20fps in some instances (which according to GAF was just fine, why complain) but yea, it's going downhill fast. Even the once quite snappy PS4 OS has somehow gotten slower and they didn't even add any big features. Not saying it's on purpose but the old shit being extraslow will come in handy for the 'omg PS5X2 is soooo smoooth' party. But sure, consoles hold up just great for 7 years while PCs degrade over night....

Action, turn-based, I'm fine either way.

What makes Yakuza 7 interesting is that it's doing the opposite of most other games did with their evolution. Most of them turned their turn-based combat to action, while this one it's actually the other way.
Yeah at least for once it goes this way instead of the other way around. As much as I'm looking forward for FFVIIR I'm always somewhat saddened by the fact that we won't get a turn based combat system just like it was, you know, in the original. I'll accept this as karmic compensation from the universe thank you very much :p

Yes. Judgment runs like absolute shit on base PS4.

I hope you turn based lovers put your money where your mouth is when this thing releases :p
Yes, day 1 on PC, can't let toxic millennial anti-turnbasers win this one.

I will when it releases on Steam.

I really don't want to buy any new release on PS4 anymore, it just came to a point where if it's not an first party I don't mind waiting for a PC release.
I’m filth and recently I’ve been buying more stuff on console.

Bloodborne, a system seller, an exclusive so hypothetically is very optimized to PS4, yet it runs like shite. And people seems to ignore it's performance due to it being an exclusive.

I'm so mad that I bought Tekken a few weeks ago. Not really, I got some good times out of it tbh.

Get Dirt Rally. Especially if you plan on ever picking up a VR headset. You gotta hop through a few hoops to get it working without a Rift, but if you need some help just @ me.

Its what happens when they take so long with the new consoles. Everyone is always so okay with it and tells them to take their time. Similar to last gen when people had to play so many graphically demanding games in 2013 on their PS360 hardware. Like TLOU, GTA etc. All of it looked terrible and felt like a new experience with remasters that came soon after.

They should have released new consoles last year. And the next ones should be in 2022 or 2023. It should never be more than 5 year cycles imo. GDDR6 and Ryzen have been around for some time now so I don't know wth it takes them so long to do it. The end of next year is still so longs away its ridiculous.

Now its gonna suck for base console only owners next year too. The entire first half of next year is full of games that are gonna run like shit on vanilla PS4 and X1. I wouldn't be surprised if Cyberpunk straight overheats and bricks them at release considering all the demos of that game have been running 1080ti and Titan rigs at events so far lol.

If I buy a game that comes with free DLC that's like time limited or something and I refund the main game, is the DLC still attached to my account?

If I buy the game again years later will the DLC pop back up in my account?
