Yeah, I sometimes wonder about the experience of reading on a modern ereader. The iPad is great and you can have a lot of text on screen, but on the other hand it’s too large and reading a page is long.
But I only have an old kindle and I need instant touch dictionary. And buttons for page turning. So yeah, 200 euros minimum, be it kindle or kobo, I think.

Yeah, I agree Li Kao. I have an older pro version and an ipad mini for my partner. I might ask her to switch so i can take the mini on the go with me whenever i want to read haha.

Aha not a bad thing really, tablets are good for general tasks anyway. Kind of like kitchen appliances, up to whether you find utility in a single-purpose <thing>.

Random observation today: the screen on the Kobo Clara is not flush with the bezel and I'm mildly concerned that dirt might get trapped. I do have the Sleep cover closed when not in use but that's a no to snacking on crumby stuff when reading.
